Am willing to practice seriously or just for social. I've been dancing American style Ballroom for 5 yrs, but been dancing Salsa for over 10 yrs...trying to get back in learning Argentine Tango and International Ballroom again and wanted to add West Coast swing and Lindy in my forte. I am very patient, easy to work with and I think I'm a quick learner. I shouldn't say work 'cause I don't like to lose the fun in dancing if it feels like becoming work. Dancing should be fun first in my opinion.

I have been dancing ballroom for over 12 years and teach part time at a studio outside of Boston. I have been training to compete at the champ or professional level for the last two years.

I started dancing back in August of 2016 and it has officially become all I do in life. My favorite dance is West Coast Swing with Bachata being a close second. I plan on competing this year in West Coast Swing and my goal is to hopefully be in Intermediate by the end of the year.

I have a company car that I can drive around privately with free gas, so going to competitions or training abroad is cheap for me.

With my old partner, I danced for seven years until she injured her back two years ago. After that it took more than a year to get better, but we never got the results in the comps back that we did before the injury.

I have competed in international latin many years ago. I'm not interested in competing anymore and looking for practice and social partner only.

I like to mix up my dancing styles, hence, I have not specialized for competion e.g. combining arg tango and west coast swing for dancing to blues music; Cha-cha is a favorite dance but have to do a lot of salsa (latin clubs in Boston area are general 77% fast salsa, 10% bachata, 10% merengue, 3% cha-cha). I recently finished my Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering. My research interests are in using medical imagining to design 3D models of tissue scaffolding for tissue engineering. My focus is in the design and fabrication of vascular scaffolds that mimic the capillary bed systems uniquely found in the different tissue types.
