I enjoy the beach, boating, and pool. I am very interested in activities which involve horses such as thoroughbred horse-racing, eventing, steeplechase, and polo. I also enjoy dance, the theater, arts, and reading. I love my pets.

After dancing as member of BYU Ballroom team, I started teaching ballroom to dancers 8+ before moving to NJ. I prefer Int'l Latin, am fairly laid back, and prefer the performance/choreography side to competing.

Started learning serious ballroom dancing for about 3 years and did bronze in standard and Latin. Have not danced for the last 7 years as couldn't find a venue while living over east that was encouraging for singles. I am widowed and would like to get back to social dancing. Unfortunately my old dancing studio in WA has closed and not sure where the best place to go as a little shy at meeting people.

Used to compete in figure skating and ice dance on the national level. Danced International Ballroom for about a year before moving to Sweden. Now dancing Argentine tango and looking for a steady leader to practice, take workshops, and potentially compete.

I competed in American Smooth and Rhythm for one year on my college dance team and danced socially for about two years. I haven't had much training, but I always placed in the newcomer / bronze levels at regional competitions (with random partners and without ever having a private lesson). I have been out of practice for several years and want to get back into dancing.

These days I only dance West Coast Swing ((WCS). I don't compete but I attend WCS competitions and take a few a lessons a month from top competitors.

In the past, I have done some Latin and Standard and took lessons with high level competitors.

I began ballet around 12 years old, jazz at 13 and ballroom (American style) at around 14 years old. Transitioned to dancing/ competing International Style 10 dance... maxed at age 21, Gold level. By age 20, I was teaching beginning ballet, jazz, tap and ballroom. Got married and had a 25 year hiatus from all dance. Now, I have been dancing again for two years. American Style ballroom and rhythm, some West Coast, have gone heavily into Salsa (on One) and played with some Salsa (on Two). Bachata is getting there. I'm a strong Intermediate/Advanced dancer, depending on the dance.

Me just wanna dance Bachata. I my heart has the same beat. I like to show-boat every now and then, I would if my dance partner would be to.

I just moved to Albuquerque, NM to be closer to my Grandson,and I am in the process of setting up my Dance Teaching business.

I plan on teaching and certifying young people into the World Salsa Federation as Salsa Instructors.

Also, I will train a young female to assist me to teach my future couple Ballroom Dancing.
