I took private lessons about a year ago for about two years and would like to learn more.

Easy-going, self- sufficient, don’t demand too much of a partner. I am fit, health conscious, and work to try and maintain a good balance of physical, mental and relaxation activities. I enjoy hearing & sharing of new ideas & forming new friendships and relationships.. I like Music (all kinds), fine dining, seeing and experiencing new places, some TV (History, Comedy channel type). Currently spend most of my leisure time dancing, tennis, yoga, and occasional run/walk. I have a number of Salsa Sequence moves stored digitally, accumulated over the last few years from dance studios, that I would like to practice, to be able to do without thinking. Currently practice at Academy Dance (Miami Circle,Atlanta).

I have been dancing for over 10 yrs and became a finalist in all tri-state and national competitions. I am dancing both Latin (Pre Champ/Champ) as well as Standard (Novice/Pre Champ). Taking a lot of private lessons. VERY COMPETITIVE! I have received a Scholarship and a Trophy for "The Most Promising individual" at Nyemchek's Competition. I am a very hard worker, very persistent and motivated. Looking for a VERY SERIOUS partner with NICE PERSONALITY who is willing to take private lessons and compete!

Updated as of 6/1/21. I started dancing over 30 years ago. I started with ballroom and took some jazz and ballet classes to help. I competed amateur International Standard novice dance for a year. I had not danced too much for 15 years. I started dancing again, yeah! I have been dancing 4 to 6 days a week since November 2016 until the lockdown. I have been taking salsa, West Coast Swing, Ballroom, International Latin and Standard, hustle, Argentine tango, etc. Recently started on Lindy Hop. And social dancing every chance I get. I see myself competing again in the future; will see how it all unfolds. I am intermediate to advanced depending on the dance. I dance almost everything. I take classes in North Orange County, West LA, San Fernando Valley, Alhambra and Glendale and dance socially in Orange County or the Valley areas depending on where I am or what I am working on. I competed in 2017-18 in West Coast Swing Jack and Jill competitions. I would like to work towards competing or performing and I am open to pursuing most any style. I do teach very part time some privates or group lessons and enjoy teaching. I moved to Simi Oct of 2020. I have two dance floors in the house. I have started hosting some underground dances for the those that want to dance. I thought I would change up my profile. I am always looking for a great dance partner but really the ultimate dream would be a partner in life as well. It's always nice to make new connections with committed dancers!

I have been dancing for about a year. I am friendly and out going and patient. I enjoy dancing and would like someone to share this with.

I began dancing at a local studio on the Northwest Side of Chicago in mid-July 2021. On less than four months' notice, I was invited by the owners to perform in their annual non-competitive exhibition gala in early-December. Most dancers at the studio are long-time amateurs and usually practice 7-8 months in choreographed routines. I had a busy personal schedule, but was enthusiastic and performed a mix of bronze and silver steps in the American Rumba. My routine went well.

I'm 57 and athletic. To save time at work, I routinely skip the elevator and run up and down multiple flights of stairs with heavy boxes during the day so I can better meet the demands of my job. In "student versus staff" athletic events, I am older than most of the staff participants by well over 20 years. I have no age preferences (younger or older) regarding women whom I am open to having as a partner. I simply want a woman who is athletic, easygoing, and is dancing for the joy and passion of it.

Private lessons at the studio I attend are among the lowest in the city and the instructors have taken private lessons from some of the world’s best dancers. The studio has very low turnover and a majority of the dancers are everyday people with busy lives who have, nonetheless, stayed 10 years or more. Everyone is very supportive and cheers on each dancer. At studio parties, married couples and singles know each other well and regularly switch partners. As a newcomer, I was welcomed with open arms. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, offering abundant praise at even my smallest dance step "triumphs". There are no cliques. The owners have done it strictly for the passion and joy of dancing. The gala is one way they show appreciation for their dancers - not to promote their studio (The audience is private.) - but simply to thank their dancers.

I'm new to ballroom dancing, but have fallen in love with it since I started. I dance every day and am dedicated to bettering myself and my technique. I want to dance competitively and socially. I practice Monday-Friday at with a private instructor, do group lessons on Monday and Fridays and go to socials on Friday nights. Each Saturday I attend leading classes as well.

I've been taking ballroom dance lessons for six years at Arthur Murray Folsom. I've dance in a showcase in London, and also one at Tahoe, but am humble, because I'm still only in Bronze 2. So what I need is more practice, than that requires a practice partner. I am older than most, but active and energetic, and have no trouble doing a lively Lindy hop or polka as well as other styles. I'd like to improve my technique and leading skills, and help you along the way as well. I can provide some extra dancing benefits. I've been dancing for about 20 years. I enjoy dancing country western steps such as the two step, polka and waltz. I also like dancing swing to classic rock, classic soul, and big band swing. I dance a 'slot' swing using the quick/quick, slow/slow rythm (such as the country and western two step). I also like to dance to salsa music using the bachata or merinque steps. Many people have commented that I have a smooth dance style with very quick feet.

Ballroom, Lindy and Country Ballroom. I run a youth formation team as well as teach dance at a K-5 school full t8 e.

I already have a life partner but she has some physical limitations so I'm looking for a dance partner without a romantic relationship. A good friendship and good partner chemistry would be nice though.

Fairly new to ballroom. Willing to work hard to improve! I've been taking group lessons for about a year now in various styles but I feel my progress has been limited without a dedicated partner with whom to practice. Would be looking to practice/take lessons three times a week and once (maybe longer) on the weekends. I am very open to competing if my partner wants to do so but would not rule out a partner who prefers practice and social dancing at this point.

I am Beginner Bronze in the styles listed below except those I list as "I would like to learn" below (meaning haven't tried yet).
