I\'ve always enjoyed dancing. I\'ve been involved in theatre productions(all Musicals), ballroom dancing on and off in the past 3 years and started taking lessons again and I especially like the latin dances. I also continously take ballet and jazz. I am hoping that I will have time for tap and some hip hop in the near future. I am also a drummer. I still try to jam with friends and create new music but I\'m not in a band that\'s serious at the moment.

I am looking to have more practices in Salsa and basic with Bachata which I hope to spend more time with.

I became interested in dancing in 2010. Since then I have engaged in social dancing and have taken classes in Salsa and Tango. I have also participated in dance conferences. I would like to train, improve my dance skills, and make dance a bigger part of my life.

I dance for several reasons: to have fun, to get exercise, and to connect with my partner and the music. I have no interest in being serious about dance, although I do want to improve! Enjoy and have done many forms of dance...ballroom, International, Rapper Sword (a fast ritual dance from England), Scandinavian, swing, contra, English Country, etc.

I also enjoy sailing, hiking in the woods with my dog, reading, Interplay and mindfulness practice.

I took some ballroom dance classes in college and really, really enjoyed it. I didn't keep up with it because it was incredibly difficult to find partners in my college town. Then, law and graduate school took over my life. My technique is admittedly rusty, but I have been told by other partners that my rhythm is on point. I am interested in brushing up on international standard and American smooth. Salsa and bachata are new to me, but I am very much interested in dancing both well. I would ideally like to practice/train once a week, eventually becoming strong enough in technique and skill to start doing amateur competitions for fun. Dance has always been a way for me to relax my mind and express myself, allowing me to be present in the moment and connected to my body. So, let's get to it. :)

I am seeking male dance partner between the ages of 40 to 60 yrs old. I am having a tough time finding an experienced male dance partner. I've always been able to dance and pick up moves quickly. However, jobs, family, moving and other responsibilities always came first. I have been taking hustle lessons, east coast swing, salsa and know some night 2 step, bachatta, meringue, and hip hop, etc. I have gone to several dance studieos alone and have to join the group dances, but I am really looking for a dance partner, so I can keep dancing on a regular basis. I love to dance and teach others to dance. I provide a frame to make you, the picture, look beautiful. For me the joy is in balance with my partner. There is nothing better than a beautiful waltz, swing, blues, two step or many other kinds of dancing. I am a professional author and speaker with books that celebrate life. I am often mistaken for being in my 40's as my joy and dancing keep me young and alive.

I have been dancing for 6 years, ranked as Silver 1. I currently dance 2-5 days a week. I enjoy competitive dancing and showcases and I'm open to a practice partner to continue to advance at a good pace. I used to dance quite a bit when I lived in Edmonton, mostly with the U of A Dance Club. I had taken lessons up to Bronze with that club. In 2008 I blew out my knee and haven't done much dancing since then.

I am a quick study who is very good at following a strong leader. I was dancing 4 nights a week in the early 2000s and attended several weekend dance events, but then met my current domestic partner of 10+ years. He is willing to dance but not motivated to get good at it. So I haven't been dancing regularly, just in spurts. It comes back quickly, when I do, and I'm really hoping to find someone who loves to teach and learn. I Love variety and creativity. I'm very outgoing, comfy talking with anyone, and have a very positive supportive attitude. Am attractive in many ways, an excellent listener and know how to be a very good friend to someone who can give and receive. My partner does not call the shots, like in many relationships, and he's not the jealous type. He's also obviously not my "match made in heaven," which is why we're not married.

Hi I started attending social dance class towards the end of 2010.

I'm now having private lessons to improve my technique and style.

I try to attend a group class at least twice a week and I go dancing socially on Saturday nights.

I first danced in 5th grade, and have loved it ever since. However, formal training began 5 years ago.

Dance is now my passion. My engineering and formal music training give me a technical perspective and my jazz improvisational experience gives me the creativity that helps me excel.

I have taken lessons off and on since 2000 in Seattle, Cincinnatti, Ithaca and Binghamton. Some of my best work comes from studying video of classes. I learn best by repeating from good examples.

The passion and spice of Latin most draws me. However, you can't beat Waltzing to Moonlight Serenade or Fox Trotting to Sinatra. And, I've got the legs for both.

Also, what's that song, "Dancing in the moonlight..."? I've never danced to it, but it has to be a great song for swing!

I'm a big strong guy, so I err on the cautious side. I lead gently and depend on the lady to tell me when a stronger lead is required.
