I enjoy skiing, country-western dancing, ballroom dancing, hiking and playing the guitar. I would like someone special to travel with and explore the world. I work as a professional and thoroughly enjoy my work. Although I like my work, my main focus is on having a good time away from my office. My motto is: The past is history, the future is a mystery, and now is the present. That is why we call it a gift. Dancing is a great way for me to get out of my head and have fun with the amazing combination of movement, music, and emotion. Having recently separated from a non-dancer, I'm eager to get back to it. East Coast Swing, Salsa, and Tango are my favorites. I also enjoy Carolina Shag, Foxtrot, and Cha Cha. I'd like to learn the Samba and the Hustle eventually. I'd be open to attending periodic lessons, but my preference is social dancing events in the Triangle Area of North Carolina in the U.S. (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill). I'm in this for the fun of it, but that doesn't mean I won't take on new challenges and try my best.

I am a first generation hustle dancer and used to compete in nightclubs in Washington, DC in the 1980's with my husband (now deceased) who just happened to be my dance instructor (we usually won first place). Since June 2011, I have been taking private lessons once a week and group lessons several times a week at a ballroom studio in Charlotte; also go to the ballroom dances at all the local studios on the weekends. I am working on the silver level right now, and my favorite dances are the hustle, salsa, cha-cha and waltz. I am just now learning the west coast swing and love it. I am still such a hustle addict that I take occasional w/e trips to DC for a couple nights of strictly hustle dancing. I also compete pro/am at big dance events such as MADJam in DC and Disco America in Phila. I enter at the novice, intermediate and advanced levels. Won 1st place Novice Strictly Salsa at DiscoAmerica in June 2012. In January 2012 I performed with my instructor at Booth Playhouse Theatre in Charlotte in our studio's ballroom dance production.

I have been a committed clogger and instructor. I also enjoy Contra. I was introduced to Ballroom Dancing in 2011 through a local Ballroom Dance Studio taking over 500 hours of private lessons. Ballroom is by far the most fascinating, challenging and enjoyable. The Showcases, Competitions and dress designing has made it all consuming for me. However, I no longer have a partner and am looking for one who would also enjoy dancing at least weekly, attending dance venues, learning to dance together as a true partnership.

I am open to dating My priority is finding a partner . Even if you have a commitment to another half, with their blessing, would accept dance partnership.

I am a busy career woman has many hobbies including ballroom dancing. Life has many faces. Finding a balance and live in a harmony is what I strive for. I have been a dancer all my life - ballet, tap, and jazz. I had my own dance studio for 35 years teaching ballet, tap, jazz, and polynesian. I love ballroom dance, but do not have a partner since my husband died.

I am an ex-professional dancer. (not sure I want to dance for an income)I haven't taught or performed for over four years. I have taken the last four years to straighten out my non-dance life so as to focus on my dancing and take its potential to its furthest limit. Just before I took time off from dance I was working with my coaches Glenn Weiss and Mia Serve and my dancing truly took off. Regrettably, other circumstances in my life required my full attention and I had to put my dancing second to them. That's the last time for that to happen. It's now or never. I plan to take this as far as I can(if there's a limit I haven't found it or seen it!) and become the performer/competitor I've always dreamed of being. I love International Standard and competing. I also love a nice, big, crowded dance floor! Floorcraft is an art-form!

Childhood dance performer, advanced jazz classes in high school and college, years of club dancing - primarily salsa, swing, briefly taught beginning ballroom.

I am a single woman who used to be married to a dance instructor for many years, however I rarely danced and now I wish I would have taken more of an interest in dancing. So, I am anxious to relearn and practice dances that I know and have not forgotten. I like to have fun and very adventurous!!

I started dancing in February 2017 and competed in a local competition as a Newcomer in September of that same year taking home Top Newcomer honors. I plan to continue to compete and to dance socially. I am at Full Bronze/Silver level. I dance Smooth, Rhythm, and International. As well as some of the latin social dances. Very interested in find a partner for practice and possibly competitions.

I'm practice my dancing every day one hour, and I want more. Also I'm working in school and teaching children ballroomdanc.

Every Month I take part in competition in Ukraine.

I have been dancing for over six years and work as an instructor in Phoenix, AZ. I started my dancing with American Smooth and Rhythm at Bob Powers' studio in Mesa and then transitioned over to International Latin 5 years ago. Since then, I've been competing in that category. I am actively looking to get on the pro circuit in Latin or Standard, though that’s my least developed style.

Been dancing Argentine Tango for 3 years almost 4 years and I will like a dance partner to peruse this more serious principally to take couple class during Tango festivals.
