Hello, are you looking for someone who can dance with great rhythm? I have extensive training in ballroom taught by some of the best instructors. I've competed, perform showcase and dance with a dance Troop. I don't mine a challenge when it comes to dancing. I work hard until I'm happy with the finial results. I also hand dance and do west coast swing, so if you're not into ballroom, no problem.

I would describe myself as a social butterfly. I took my first dance lessons 10 years ago back in Kansas City. In high school I was never one to have rhythm (or so I thought). I was the 4.0 GPA athlete type that never got the guy :( When I took my first lesson, I automatically felt like I had found my calling! Latin dance felt so comfortable and natural to me. I eventually found a steady partner and we danced for the next few years socially and for some local competitions. After college, I moved out of state and lost touch with the network of dancers I danced with. Out here the dance network doesn't seem that active. I miss that connection with people. I met some of the most wonderful individuals from all over the world, from all walks of life.

It's been 6 years since I regularly danced and I miss it so much. Once you establish your career, get married and have children your dreams can become a distant memory. Dancing is the one thing that always made me happy and I intend to keep my passion alive! I'm making a comeback baby!

Numerous classes/lessons (group and private) since 2008. Love smooth, Latin, club (Hustle, WCoast, NC 2 step). I was used to dancing 3X week until moving to Walnut Creek where there are fewer dance opportunities. Rossmoor (where I live) requires a partner to attend dances. Would love to join weekly Social Dance Club and practice with my partner. (Partner required.)

I know a little bit about a lot. but mostly Lindy Hop swing dancing. I'd like to learn more aerials with a partner, if things go well it'd be very fun to compete in competitions, of course if it stays social that's absolutely fine too. :)

I started dancing in New York in 2009. I've danced all over at marathons and tango festival both in the U.S. and international. I have taken private lessons with Virginia Pandolfi, Silvina Valz, and Diego Di Falco to name a few.

I've always loved to dance and move, but usually in a more creative, expressive way. So learning Latin dance steps is new for me. I took group Salsa/Bachata lessons weekly for 1 year, but haven't danced for the past 6 months. I would like to meet someone who would like to practice, take lessons, and go out social dancing, or who is more advanced and could be a patient teacher. I'd also like to learn other dances. I speak English, but am learning Spanish, and am open to a partner who speaks either language.

I started dancing with a ballroom dancing show company when I was 16 and taught social dance and trained other dancers in the company for about 12 years. I then joined an independent competitive studio and learned how to teach and dance competitively. I worked as an amateur teacher for about 7 years before I stopped due to a move out of the area.

I enjoy skiing, country-western dancing, ballroom dancing, hiking and playing the guitar. I would like someone special to travel with and explore the world. I work as a professional and thoroughly enjoy my work. Although I like my work, my main focus is on having a good time away from my office. Have always loved dance! Took dance lessons starting at age 3 or 4 continued in high school with lessons as well (tap, ballet, etc.) Have always loved social dancing as well. Got into linedancing to oldies, a little country and some soulline dances as well. Have also had the opportunity to take some basic ballroom dance classes and love that as well. Would love to find someone who also enjoys dancing and I'm always willing to learn more.

Dancing is a great way for me to get out of my head and have fun with the amazing combination of movement, music, and emotion. Having recently separated from a non-dancer, I'm eager to get back to it. East Coast Swing, Salsa, and Tango are my favorites. I also enjoy Carolina Shag, Foxtrot, and Cha Cha. I'd like to learn the Samba and the Hustle eventually. I'd be open to attending periodic lessons, but my preference is social dancing events in the Triangle Area of North Carolina in the U.S. (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill). I am a first generation hustle dancer and used to compete in nightclubs in Washington, DC in the 1980's with my husband (now deceased) who just happened to be my dance instructor (we usually won first place). Since June 2011, I have been taking private lessons once a week and group lessons several times a week at a ballroom studio in Charlotte; also go to the ballroom dances at all the local studios on the weekends. I am working on the silver level right now, and my favorite dances are the hustle, salsa, cha-cha and waltz. I am just now learning the west coast swing and love it. I am still such a hustle addict that I take occasional w/e trips to DC for a couple nights of strictly hustle dancing. I also compete pro/am at big dance events such as MADJam in DC and Disco America in Phila. I enter at the novice, intermediate and advanced levels. Won 1st place Novice Strictly Salsa at DiscoAmerica in June 2012. In January 2012 I performed with my instructor at Booth Playhouse Theatre in Charlotte in our studio's ballroom dance production.

Ballroom is by far the most fascinating, challenging and enjoyable. The Showcases, Competitions and dress designing has made it all consuming for me. However, I no longer have a partner and am looking for one who would also enjoy dancing at least weekly, attending dance venues, learning to dance together as a true partnership.

I am open to dating My priority is finding a partner . Even if you have a commitment to another half, with their blessing, would accept dance partnership.
