I love to create an image of the music. Christopher Wheeldon talks about «painting the music.» To do wiht our feet and body what the musicians do with their fingers, in other words to dance all the music.

Have been active all my adult life - tennis, running, step aerobics. "Found" dancing about a year ago and am totallly hooked. It's become my passion. Although I started with country two-step, and do like it a lot, I'm mad about west coast swing and have been focused on it . I want to practice with a partner and possibly take private lessons together.

I'd possibly like to compete at some point, but not necessary. Mostly want to get as good as possible and have tons of fun.

I go to line dancing and rock n roll for social and fitness.

I just started but learn very quickly. Now bronze level. My favorite is tango and waltz. I can dance salsa, bachada, foxtrot as well.

I always had an interest in ballroom dancing and finally decided to take lessons after attending an Open Dance in my area. I can't say enough about how much I enjoy the experience of learning new dances and what it has done for my life. It has opened up new doors for me socially and given me some balance in my life. It is nice to be able to have this skill and to attend different dance venues.

I am currently working as a free lance dance instructor (Jazz, Latin, Modern etc)and event coordinator (Showbiz). I love ballroom & latin dancing (include salsa and flamenco) as well as Jazz and Hip Hop. I graduated with a dip in dance from NAFA june 2004

Dance is like breathing itself. It gives life. Dance is love. And i can never be with this love enough. Did ballroom for 8 years with a dance partner before I married and had children. Now my children are 17 and 15 so I can get out and dance again. My wife prefers not to dance. Four years I began studying the Argentine Tango and I love it. I travel to NYC and Boston to attend weekend milongas. The dance is hard to learn and perfect but very rewarding at the same time. I need a more experience partner now to learn some of the more complicated moves.

I have always been fascinated with Argentine Tango, especially when I saw the show Tango Forever.

As I am serious about this beautiful dance I am only looking for a dedicated partner who is willing to practice on a regular basis. My goal is to eventually perform.

I've been dancing Argentine tango for about a year, and am currently dancing 15-20 hours a week. I attend local Milongas regularly. I don't have a dance background, but was trained in classical violin. My primary hobby is rock climbing, and started dancing tango when an overuse injury made it necessary to decrease my training volume.

I also dance "club" salsa, and often dance to a live salsa band in DC on Fridays and Saturdays. I can just barely follow bachata, but if that's your thing, I'm willing to give it a go!

loved square dancing in my 30's ... life got busy in my 40's ... finally quieting down and have time for things I loved again ... would love to start square dancing again for fun and exercise. Had taken lessons and danced 3 - 5 times a week for about 8 years. Haven't danced now for 20 years. I bet I could benefit from some classes again ! Sure I'd learn faster than I did first time round.

Hi there, I'm from Poland. I was dancing ballroom, Latin for 7 years and my level is around silver (C) in both standard and latin.

I am half Peruvian/ half Dutch. Growing up I lived in 8 different countries, dancing everywhere I could. I free styled in Club dance and Cheerleading throughout my high school years and college years. Danced Hip Hop since 15 years old, some ballet training in and out throughout past 15 years not formal.

I settled in South Fl and dedicated 5 years of dancing Argentine Tango, performing and assisting in teaching. It is something I want to get even better at and need a partner for it. I have danced and performed in the following dances:

I am 45 years old, completed Ballroom to Gold Level and Latin to Silver. Gave up dancing 3 years ago. Would like to meet someone who is preferrably much better than i, as in the past i have had a tendancy to lead! I started learning several years ago whilst living in Cornwall later my work took me to Cumbria where i danced and began entering beginner competitions. I love all Ballroom although i'm sure i would enjoy all types of dance, i studied Ballet until the age of 13. One of my problems is finding a Male Dancer tall enough for me as i'm slightly over 5.10" with heels the skies the limit! My work has now brought me to the Rickmansworh area,spending alot of time reading and watching films in my spare time i have decided i need to start dancing again.
