Learning social ballroom & latin dances in classes & wish to improve skills as a follower to non sequence dances ie not just learn & only dance a set sequence rather understand & be able to follow a more free flowing style. I have loads of rythm and enjoy dancing to club music(i.e., R&B, Classic Rock, even some Country Western). I'm pretty open/flexible to learning and practicing Latin and Tango dance styles as well. I would say touch dancing such as Swing is something that I really enjoy right now. I'm interested in dancing more for fun and social than for competitive reasons although I'm not totally adverse to it with the right partner. I would also commit to a reasonable training schedule as well as I know that's the only way to keep improving style and technique. I like a little variety which keeps it interesting and challenging.

I've been dancing for over 15 years, but had to put things on hold about 4 years ago because of work. Now i'm settled i've decided that I want a partner for exam work, social dancing and practice. I also want to improve my fitness level, and what better way to do it than to dance!

I have been ballroom dancing for five years and it is my favorite pasttime. I'm taking lessons at the bronze/silver level in both American and International in Malden.

I have loved dancing since a child. I can do most ballroom, jive, etc. I am also a very nifty Scottish Country Dancer! My latest enthusiasm is Argentine Tango and I have been attending classes for four years. I would like to continue this in particular.

I'm a solid intermediate level dancer. I go dancing 2-4 times a week and probably do more west coast swing than other dances but am not limited to that in any way. My goal is to improve my skills and having a partner to practice with and perhaps take lessons also would be great. I can't think of a better way to enjoy dancing. More recently I have been taking Argentine tango classes and having a partner for that would be ideal. I live in Seattle (North Ballard area) and am flexible in terms of times. I do have access to a studio on weekends and days when I can free up time. Let's compare notes.

I took some west coast swing at Q Ballroom in Cambridge, MA and am looking to get more into it! I can also dance salsa and bachata and am willing to dance with folks for those styles as well.

I am not a professional, but don't like the classification 'amateur' either, as I did some competition in college. I have been dancing since age 8-9 through my early 20's. Then started a family and didn't do it as much. Want to reconnect with that part of my life because it brought me a lot of joy. Very interested in learning all of the new moves and styles of salsa dancing. Excellent follower (Guys, I WILL NOT try to lead).

I have been dancing since childhood but discovered ballroom and social dancing 9 years ago while living in NC. I learned International standard and Latin, competing amateur up to Silver in Standard and gold/novice level in Latin

I’ve been in south Florida a few years now and am ready for a change. The dance scene down here is not near as fun as it was up north, so I would be willing to relocate should the right partner and place present themselves. I’m mainly just a social dancer now, but that doesn’t mean that I’ve lowered my standards. I enjoy dancing well, and my ideal partner would be someone who has attained a similar level of technique but wants to keep learning and improving along with me. Hustle is my happy dance, so if you know NY Hustle- that is a huge plus!
