Very driven, motivated, disciplined and can commit up to 5/6 days a week (including weekends) for practice if local. I own my own dance company so traveling during the weekend might become more challenging but will make something work if we had to do this.

I have been training and competing in American Rhythm mostly but open to doing Smooth as well.

Took ballroom lessons late 70's. Stuck with Latin Hustle (called syncopated hustle now), cha-cha, swing -- since that's what everyone danced in the clubs--prefer Euro music beats (disco/dance music); this music complements hustle. Rusty on the traditional ballroom so I've gone back to refresh. Dance for fun/social--not the competition (any more). As for my background: born in Italy, grew up in Elizabeth NJ, lived in Virginia and have been in Georgia for quite a few years.

I am a person who could best be described as a "ballroom junkie". I like to dance both competitively and socially. I will travel far distances for both lessons or social events. My main interest is American Smooth.

I have done solo showcases and would welcome someone who would do it as well, but it is not a priority. My concentration in smooth/standard leaves my Rhythm technique lagging behind, but from a social standpoint, it is adequate.

I am of Panamian descent, raised in the U.S. but always feel a pull when I hear Latin music. I've taken Salsa and Bachata lessons on and off. I travel to Spanish-speaking countries and can dance with the locals but feel I am limited. I was disappointed with the speed of group lessons and decided to take private, the $100/ 50 min price tag drove me to seek a partner and online course to get to the point where I can benefit from private lessons.

I absolutely love to dance; a mix of Ballroom, Latin & Sequence. I competed for 4 years in Open competitions, covering Classical, Modern & Latin Sequence, as well as being a member of a Formation Team. I gained my Associate professional qualification in Ballroom through the NCDTA in November 2017, will take my Latin Associate qualification within the next 12 months and always enjoy trying new dance styles like Argentine Tango, Balboa etc...

I have competed at "Beginner" and "Novice" level in the Surrey/ Sussex area, but my partner has health problems which prevent her continuing to compete on a regular basis.
