I've been dancing for quite a few years wish my ability could be of a higher standard, but to be truthful it's been so difficult finding a local partner over the years with so many gaps.

So don't be put off by the years I've been dancing, I'm probably more nervous then you.

I would like a partner I can compete with in Latin. I am disciplined, but can be light-hearted and love learning new things.

I like to live every day fully with quality lifestyle, recreation, friends. I am positive and open to new experiences and new places to explore. I am semi-retired, have a flexible schedule and would love to do more dance practice and social dancing at this time in my life.

Willing to drive. Used to dance and getting back into it. Samba was my favorite, then waltz, cha cha, tango, quickstep, jive in that order. Rumba and foxtrot are ok too. Practicing by myself is boring. My body mechanics/level are probably higher than the steps/level that I know since I used to do a lot of other sports and music.

My profile states 3 years experience. THAT experience is continuous. I have been dancing off and on since the Saturday Night Fever days including a period of continuous dancing between the mid 80s and the mid 90s.

It took me a while to discover the greet function. Now that I know about greets, I've sent several greets to women who appear to be 'close enough' to events I can attend. I've used greets to avoid using tokens. Ladies, if you respond with some kind of greet that indicates possible interest, I'll happily use tokens to send you an email.

I'm searching for women who might be able to dance in Kingston or Pine Bush in Ulster county, at a number of places in Dutchess, Putnam, or northern Westchester e. g. Mount Kisco, or in Danbury. I picked those locations because I know of monthly mixed ballroom events there.

I'm VERY confident leading rumba, east coast swing, hustle, and American tango.

I probably don't bore my followers dancing American waltz, fox trot, west coast swing, and cha-cha.

Started with Bush dancing, went onto Ballroom, then picked up Ballet, Jazz & Tap. About 10 years ago I picked up R&R & Swing Dancing. I am still part of a Tap Troupe, I teach during the day in my own business, & I dance R&R & Swing socially with weekly lessons, & I attend CPD workshops in blues & solo swing in Melbourne regularly (I am the lead mostly so I can keep burning the dance floor all night). Processing a recent loss, taking life one step at a time, not quite back to dating yet, although will soon.

Enjoy multiple dance styles, walking and weight training as part of being physically fit. There are other exercise activities that I’ve done, and would like to find someone who might be interested in sharing a few of them occasionally. I like attending dances at least twice per month, and sometimes life gets in the way of more ... lol ... sometimes.

Regarding the 1 hour of practice four per week listed on my profile, that is at least 2 group lessons, 1 private, and 1 practice at a minimum. I've competed and performed, open to such again, and open to taking lessons together, yet flexible on all of those.

Enjoy being affectionate, conversational, and playful, while good with both staying in or going out. Like spending time with family, cooking, growing a relationship, my business, and flowers and veggies too. With the latter, I could use a better green thumb. ; )

Beginner to Intermediate Ballroom dancing - especially like the Hustle!

I am looking for a dance partner who would be interested in dancing in Rock 'n' Roll, Swing, Westcoast Swing, Ballroom or Ceroc.

The styles of dancing I have done are mostly Rock 'n' Roll and Swing. Have done ballroom in the past and enjoyed ballroom very much but did not have a partner to continue ballroom with so I stopped. I have also danced ceroc and will be going back to get into again as this style of dancing is a mix of rock 'n' roll, latin, swing and salsa. It is very interesting and sexy at the same time.

The style I am doing at the moment is Rock 'n' Roll but I am open to any style of dancing so long as I click on the dance floor with the partner I a dancing with.

Starting with medals as a child I have danced on and off all of my life. I competed at Amateur level in Australia for 10 years (International Ballroom and Latin) but stopped 4 years ago. Now I live in the US and I miss my dancing! I’m considering a return to competition but want to start with finding a compatible partner to share lesson costs and practice with. I enjoy dancing Ballroom and Latin but miss that special partner to forward the exciting experience and passion together on and off the dance floor. Been dancing French Jive for several years but I now want to start relearning some those forgotten Ballroom and Latin steps. Confident and comfortable at most dance styles.

Hi, my name is Richard. I would like to find a dance partner that is 60's plus like myself. One that I could also date and maybe turn into a meaningful relationship. I am 6' tall, 170 lbs. at 10.1 % bodyfat. I love to dance. I have been social dancing for 30 years. My favorite music to dance to is Rockabilly, 50's Rock'n'Roll, and Traditional Country. One of my hobbies was skydiving (1800 jumps ). I have some real stories to tell about that. Also, I was into racing formula cars for 20 years. My passion is weightlifting. I enjoy having a great healthy body that I am very proud of. (see photos). I love to put on a bathing suit and walk in the surf at the beach. I would love to have a partner to do that with.
