Over the years created a system of teaching the major ballroom dances by interrelating steps of dances to make easy learning.Then adding personal style to ones dancing.Still work with small groups,but mostly retired from full time teaching.I have fun dancing and meeting people.Some travel,getting back to going to dance events.I will help judge sometimes but not as much anymore.I have never stopped learning new techniques and truly believe dancing keeps you young and healthy.

I am currently taking Salsa group classes and am highly focused on building solid muscle memory. My goal is to ensure my leading is smooth, clear, and perfectly timed, making the dance effortless and comfortable for my follow. I'm a patient learner, highly respectful, and outside of dance, I stay very active and fit.

For the last three years, have been taking group and private lessons three days per week. USA Dance member. Many years of dancing.

Dancing has been my main hobby for most of my life. I've done modern jive for about 20 years and taught it, Bachata and Salsa for around 2 years each and been a demo in Salsa. I've also tried most dances from Bhangra, Pole dancing, to Ballet ;-). I'm currently at intermediate level in Bachata / Salsa and would really like to take them to advanced. I've started going to some of the dance congresses and recently been to the ones in Goa, Spain and Istanbul. I currently alternate between my place in Bracknell and my house in Spain near Malaga with trips to Istanbul for dancing and remote working :-)

High level in hustle and other night club dances. Frequent competitor both in Los Angeles and elsewhere. Also showcases. Have brought my American rhythm and smooth back up to silver or gold level in order to compete in 9 dance. Currently taking about 6 hours of privates a week and practicing a similar amount. I'm serious. Life doesn't last forever, I started out in this way to late and am doing everything I can to catch up. My wife has no interest in dancing but fully supports my dance activities. Prior to covid I attended Toronto Salsa/Bachata Congress, Las Vegas Open, and numerous local events such as Emerald Ball but now lessons, practice, and tea dances.

I do most of the ballroom dances; swing, foxtrot, west coast swing, salsa, cha cha, samba, bachata, Argentine tango, American tango, rumba, lindy hop, foxtrot, waltz, viennese waltz, quickstep, meringue, bolero, country two step, and night club two step.

My profile states 3 years experience. THAT experience is continuous. I have been dancing off and on since the Saturday Night Fever days including a period of continuous dancing between the mid 80s and the mid 90s.

It took me a while to discover the greet function. Now that I know about greets, I've sent several greets to women who appear to be 'close enough' to events I can attend. I've used greets to avoid using tokens. Ladies, if you respond with some kind of greet that indicates possible interest, I'll happily use tokens to send you an email.

I'm searching for women who might be able to dance in Kingston or Pine Bush in Ulster county, at a number of places in Dutchess, Putnam, or northern Westchester e. g. Mount Kisco, or in Danbury. I picked those locations because I know of monthly mixed ballroom events there.

I am a social dancer trying to improve.

I'm VERY confident leading rumba, east coast swing, hustle, and American tango.

I probably don't bore my followers dancing American waltz, fox trot, west coast swing, and cha-cha.

I'm 'working on' samba, salsa, merengue, and bachata.

I would like to learn Viennese waltz.

I admire people who dance Argentine tango and Paso Doble.

I like to live every day fully with quality lifestyle, recreation, friends. I am positive and open to new experiences and new places to explore. I am semi-retired, have a flexible schedule and would love to do more dance practice and social dancing at this time in my life.

Phase 2,3,4 round dancing in most rhythms. Only mainstream and plus for squares. Both since 2006. Recently started contra. Country western since late 70’s. I travel several days a week to dance. I am usually a pretty good follower.

I have practiced dancing Latin and ballroom dance for about ten years now and would like to meet up with someone who likes to dance as much as me.

I would like to meet someone who knows how to dance, hopefully at par with me.

Ideally, I would like to go to dance events and have a good time, if we get along well, I would like to train for competitions.

I have been dancing ballroom and latin on and off for about 20 years but did not have a regular partner until 2019 and our progress was interrupted by covid restrictions. Unfortunately a foot injury now means my partner can no longer dance. I would say I am a proficient social dancer in ballroom and latin. I have been dancing modern jive for about twenty years and I am very good at it but go regularly to the same venue so do not need a partner for this but am very willing to int0rduce a potential partner.

No background. Purely a beginner.

I've been dancing for quite a few years wish my ability could be of a higher standard, but to be truthful it's been so difficult finding a local partner over the years with so many gaps.

My next major goal is the Constitution State Dancesport Championships in October 2026. While I plan to dance Pro/Am there, but I am also highly motivated to compete in the Am/Am division as well.

In the past, I competed with my amateur partner on the collegiate dancesport circuit and the Autumn Classic in San Francisco for about two years. At that time, I was trained under Anton Koukareko in California for approximately eight years.

Mainly require partner for social dancing but open to do competitions with the right partner. Social dancing, basic to intermediate. Prefere the energy of rockabilly and rock n roll, but would like to improve on lindy and modern jive as these are my weakest dances. Open to do more ballroom and latin.

Reliable, easy going, enthusiastic dancer

I haven’t had any formal training but love it. I also dance Cumbia and Metengue ( which weren’t on the list). I’ve been told I’m good. I don’t do it for competition but it’s in my soul. Only people who love dancing will understand lol
