I enjoy dancing Ballroom and Latin but miss that special partner to forward the exciting experience and passion together on and off the dance floor. Been dancing French Jive for several years but I now want to start relearning some those forgotten Ballroom and Latin steps. Confident and comfortable at most dance styles.

Starting with medals as a child I have danced on and off all of my life. I competed at Amateur level in Australia for 10 years (International Ballroom and Latin) but stopped 4 years ago. Now I live in the US and I miss my dancing! I’m considering a return to competition but want to start with finding a compatible partner to share lesson costs and practice with. Hi, my name is Richard. I would like to find a dance partner that is 60's plus like myself. One that I could also date and maybe turn into a meaningful relationship. I am 6' tall, 170 lbs. at 10.1 % bodyfat. I love to dance. I have been social dancing for 30 years. My favorite music to dance to is Rockabilly, 50's Rock'n'Roll, and Traditional Country. One of my hobbies was skydiving (1800 jumps ). I have some real stories to tell about that. Also, I was into racing formula cars for 20 years. My passion is weightlifting. I enjoy having a great healthy body that I am very proud of. (see photos). I love to put on a bathing suit and walk in the surf at the beach. I would love to have a partner to do that with. My profile states 3 years experience. THAT experience is continuous. I have been dancing off and on since the Saturday Night Fever days including a period of continuous dancing between the mid 80s and the mid 90s.

It took me a while to discover the greet function. Now that I know about greets, I've sent several greets to women who appear to be 'close enough' to events I can attend. I've used greets to avoid using tokens. Ladies, if you respond with some kind of greet that indicates possible interest, I'll happily use tokens to send you an email.

I'm searching for women who might be able to dance in Kingston or Pine Bush in Ulster county, at a number of places in Dutchess, Putnam, or northern Westchester e. g. Mount Kisco, or in Danbury. I picked those locations because I know of monthly mixed ballroom events there.

I am a social dancer trying to improve.

I'm VERY confident leading rumba, east coast swing, hustle, and American tango.

I probably don't bore my followers dancing American waltz, fox trot, west coast swing, and cha-cha.

I am looking for a dance partner who would be interested in dancing in Rock 'n' Roll, Swing, Westcoast Swing, Ballroom or Ceroc.

The styles of dancing I have done are mostly Rock 'n' Roll and Swing. Have done ballroom in the past and enjoyed ballroom very much but did not have a partner to continue ballroom with so I stopped. I have also danced ceroc and will be going back to get into again as this style of dancing is a mix of rock 'n' roll, latin, swing and salsa. It is very interesting and sexy at the same time.

The style I am doing at the moment is Rock 'n' Roll but I am open to any style of dancing so long as I click on the dance floor with the partner I a dancing with.

I am <1 year into ballroom dancing. I want to continue learning and dancing for as long as I am able and interested. I am learning a little bit of multiple dances at the moment, mainly focusing on Latin but I am interested in Waltz and other dances too. Honestly just want to dance more.

Willing to drive. Used to dance and getting back into it. Samba was my favorite, then waltz, cha cha, tango, quickstep, jive in that order. Rumba and foxtrot are ok too. Practicing by myself is boring. My body mechanics/level are probably higher than the steps/level that I know since I used to do a lot of other sports and music.

Mom and Dad were the First to start Ballroom Dancing as therapy after my dad had a stoke. My niece was next to get going and I have finally been pulled into Ballroom. I Used to be a Trumpet player for the defense of the country, but now I can be found dancing to the music instead of performing. 17 years of group classes and about 6 of private lessons. Mostly American styles, but have been getting into International lately.

Right now I am focusing on International Ballroom technique with an exceptional instructor. Would love to have a partner to practice with at least on some weekends then go to social dancing. At socials I find it very difficult to get a partner for International dances. I am so happy when I get somebody for VW - which is my favorite dance.
