I'm an open level dancer in Standard and Smooth. Won the Gold Smooth at the US National Championships (2012) and the World Masters Championship Smooth at the Yankee Classic (June 2012) and several other Championship Smooth competitions recently. As for standard, I've made finals at in Pre-Champ Standard at MIT.

I am taking dance lessons in Lewisville and Carrollton.

My hobby and passion has always been dancing, especially Latin American. I also enjoy skiing.

I have been dancing for 7 years (ballroom). Have a history of ballet when I was growing up. I enjoy performing, especially coming up with creative/fun routines. I am moving to the Portland area in a few months and would like to find a practice partner. Salsa is definitely my favorite but I dance American Smooth and Rhythm styles. Also I know samba.

I'm a very enthusiastic Standard and Latin ballroom dancer. I danced for 8 years as a child, taking medals but not competing. Having started again seriously about 13 years ago, (after 36 years absence).

I made it to the finals in Blackpool of the IDTA medallist of the year competition at my second attempt in 2012. In lady over 50 category, I finished 3rd in latin and 6th in standard. I'm slim, fit and energetic, being also a swimmer and zumba enthusiast.

I take private lessons to competition level, and have attended workshops with top professionals. I have attended numerous National and International competitions in the U.K. and Canada, both as a spectator and as a helper. I'd be prepared to start at intermediate or pre-Champ.

I studied standard and latin for eight years to quite a high level in my youth and started over as a mature lady in 2008, since which time I have taken weekly private lessons from excellent coaches who have been training me for open competition.

I am very dedicated and hard working, but also enjoy lessons and training immensely. That said, humour enters all aspects of my life and dancing is no exception.

I am slim, energetic, fit and healthy, and take other exercise. I am universally told that I appear rather younger than I am.

I volunteer at dance competitions, including the Internationals and am therefore very familiar with competitive dancing at world championship level.

I occasionally attend social dances where there is no sequence. For fun I also dance modern jive, (ceroc), and salsa, but my passion is for ballroom dancing.

I am intermediate line dancer that recently became interested in couples dancing. I am a member of a local dance club but I don't get much practice because I do not have a partner. I have done some two step and swing and would like to learn more American Rhythm and West Coast Swing.

I used to dance a lot in my 20's, contemporary and jazz. I'd love to do more ballroom dance, drawn mostly to Tango and Salsa. I'm enjoying dancing, but can be pretty competitive.

I used to be in bodybuilding, now marathon and ultra marathon running.

I am half Californian, half Chilean. I love to dance socially, I took salsa lessons in the past and loved it. Because of my experience living in South America I grew up dancing cumbias, merengue and many other rythms.

I started dancing in Nov. 2017 after being inspired to take up the sport. A few months later I got first place in all of my heats as a Newcomer, Novice, and Intermediate Bronze dancer at my first competition. I am being coached by World Champion dancers and have been put on a fast-track to reaching their level as an amateur dancer.

I have been taking classes in cuban-style salsa for around 2.5 years, and about 6 months of linear salsa on1. I have also been taking bachata classes for a few months.

My main goal is to improve my vocabulary and partnerwork in linear salsa, to achieve a better connection for social dancing and, why not, for a potential performance/choreography in the near future.

Despite having started relatively recently (about 3 years ago), I have absolutely fallen in love with salsa, and I can guarantee that I will be a patient, dedicated (and smiling) dance partner.

I’ve had quite a good experience of ballroom dancing in the past but that was a long time ago. Now I’m most of all keen to go back to the ballroom dancing cause I think this is one of the most beautiful things in life and is definitely my biggest passion. I’m also quite interested in bachata/salsa improving but ballroom is number one priority. My goal is to train regularly to enjoy every moment of it, to noticeably improve the skills and hopefully perform some day.

Some experience in freestyle dancing to disco type music.

I have been ballroom dancing for 2 years. I quickly started competing and have done 10 competitions. I am at full bronze level in ballroom in the major 9 dances, plus nightclub dances. I generally dance 5 days a week between private lessons, group classes, and social dancing.
