I enjoy dancing and would like a regular partner so that I can dance more often - both to take classes and improve and dance socially for fun.

Looking to continue competing Open and Rising Star in Smooth or Standard. Have Rhythm and Latin training. I'd be open to 9 dance, but not 10 dance. My first preference would be to dance smooth.

Have won multiple competitions in open professional and rising star.

I do have a very successful business and have won multiple top teacher awards in pro/am. I have also ranked in the Global Dancesport series, world pro/am dancesport series, and MIB circuit.

I have the ability to bring people to Columbus, Ohio if necessary, but I am willing to commute and would consider moving.

I discovered dancing ( modern jive) quite a few years ago and it has opened up a whole new social world for me, I have found to my surprise that I can actually string a few moves together and enjoy it very much . I'm not satisfied with the level that I am at and would like to meet a possible dance partner that perhaps i can gel with and hopefully improve my dancing. I enjoyed learning basic Argentine tango, but also loved west coast swing , I was struggling to do both so concentrated on west coast swing and although I enjoyed the music and dance style very much. My main interest is Argentine Tango, I have been attending classes and workshops for over 3 years, which is just long enough to discover how beautiful this dance form can be, I so want to improve my Tango skills and I'm prepared to put the work in to achieve that aim . I would so like to meet a follower with similar aspirations,to practice and go to events and workshops with and continue our journey together. My aim is to visit Buenos Aires for several weeks as a reasonably competent dancer that followers would be willing to dance with, and hopefully learn so much more.

I am a computer professional. I love to dance, my goal is to be able to dance in any social situation that I find myself. I have competed in local competitions and performed in showcases in Illinois and Wisconsin. I would like to be able to continue to upgrade my skills for showcase events.

I have been taking group and private lessons for a long time- in International Standard, seriously for some time. I have participated in pro-am competition with Stuart Cole and have always made the call backs-

Since finding a standard partner has been so difficult, I seriously have begun to concentrate on West Coast Swing....it has been a blast.

I've danced (off and on) for a number of years, including a variety of styles, performances, and the odd competition (three Gay Games).

I love 70s/80s music, Disco, Latin music - Salsa, Cumbia, Bachata, Merengue, Bolero, Tango, Latin Waltz. I've been dancing since I was 10 in Peru, mostly Latin rhythms. When I came to the US, at 19, I got hooked on rock, Disco/Hustle. I can ballroom dance a little but I've never had any training, although I can pick up anything very quickly. I could dance/train every night; I love going out dancing on weekends, but I don't have a partner nor a girlfriend; I'm hoping to remedy that with your help. I was married for 23 years to someone who didn't dance at all; it was torture all those years of not having a dance partner. I hope to be a professional dancer in my next life ;-)

I'm full of energy and with lots of activity in my days. I'm unusually healthy. I exercise almost every day - weight lifting, jogging, martial arts, racquetball, yoga, tai-chi - still trying to lose more than a few pounds; yes, I'm overweight, but truly working on it. I love having long conversations over dinner in a quiet place, followed by a long walk by the water. I like to meditate and do it almost daily - trying to reach enlightenment :-) I'm a true animal lover. I have dogs/cats. I'm vegan (vegetarian for 30+ years); not so easy in Texas! It would be so nice to find a vegetarian or vegan partner. I'm a pretty good cook, but don't like to follow recipes, so I make up fancy irreproducible meals. BTW, I just don't like to drink liquor at all, it's nothing religious, nor am I an alcoholic.

Another big passion of mine is poetry. I'm an amateur poet. I've been writing poetry since I was 15. I have published 2 books of poetry (spiritual and romantic poetry); working on third. I'm usually reading several books at once, on various non-fiction topics: poetry, nutrition, enlightenment, higher levels of consciousness, life after death, spiritual development, near death experiences, Buddhism, comparative religion, eastern philosophies, etc. Thanks for reading!

I've been training with Paul and Olga Richardson for the past couple years. I've grown a lot during that time and I'm looking for a partner also interested in working towards high level competition.

I started dancing International Latin American dance when I was 15 and continued to dance until I was 21 years old. I moved to the US to teach American Rhythm dance at Arthur Murray for a few months while dancing with a partner in the Pre-Championship level in American Rhythm for a year. I am currently 45 years old and rusty but I had clean foot technique and good balance when trained with International coaches.

I would like to start dancing with a partner again to continue getting back in shape and enjoy a hobby I loved when I was younger. Competitions would be great along with private lessons but I am not sure if that's an option at my age. Open to competing at any level and open to taking private lessons on my own to catch up to an advanced-level dancer to speed up the learning curve in a partnership.
