I always loved dancing and now that I am semi-retired, I want to be really good at it. It's one of the l ways I can express my freedom, happiness and love of life. I am a newbie but I am very enthusiastic and a good learner.

I started learning Int. Latin in November 2022 and competing in February 2023, but have been dancing socially since 2021. I’ve participated in several Latin comps and a couple Country comps so far. I would like to continue competing and social dancing with a partner.

I was a professional ballet dancer for several years, and when I "retired" due to an injury, I began ballroom dancing around 2012. For the past several years I have been competing pro-am smooth at open level, a few competitions per year. (I also did Latin and standard many years ago and would be interested in picking them back up, especially standard.) I currently dance at Ballroom Village in Loudon County, VA and have done coachings through that studio and through dance camps across the country.

Hello! I have about 10 years experience in International Ballroom Dances (La, St) and I loved participating in competitions. Also I enjoy ballet dancing, reggeton, hustle, bachata and other social dancing - just for fun. I love to discover new dance styles and learn something new.

Background in ballet. I have been learning International Latin, American Rhythm and Smooth for the last 3 years (competing for the last 2 years). I have coaches in Vancouver, BC - Dale Neale for American Smooth and Vlada and Alexey Karaulov for Latin. Goals are to compete in Canada and US NDCA/NDCC sanctioned events, at least 2 per year.

I began my dance journey at the age of 9, twirling through the rhythms until I turned 26. However, due to certain circumstances, I had to take a hiatus. Now, with the unwavering support of my family and the full sponsorship of my workplace, I'm eager to return to the dance floor. I can waltz, cha cha, tango and quick step and very keen to learn more and improve.... strictly salsa is great but I really prefer bachata… it’s so much more fun and practically goes with any tune… so my inhouse walking tends to be bachata steps 😂 😂 crazy hah! 😂

I am a slim, attractive brunette who is lively and outgoing with a bubbly personality. I have been dancing for six years - mainly LeRoc but have also done the Salsa and some ballroom. I am also currently learning the Argentine Tango and have been taking classes for about ten months reaching improver level. I enjoy dancing with different partners to gain experience but have reached the stage in LeRoc where if I am to progress it would be nice to have a regular partner. Started training in ballroom and social styles when I was hired as a new student teacher at a local dance studio. Began training one on one with head coach at the studio whom I competed and worked professionally with.

I fell in love with American Smooth and

I also LOVE social dancing (salsa, bachata, west coast swing) I have focused much more on west coast swing and fell in love with the creative expression and musical playfulness the dance encourages.

I haven’t explored much Latin/rhythm (familiar with the bronze level of rhythm) but am definitely interested in learning. I don’t have any specific goals for dancing other than just wanting to make it more of my own by finding a partner and working independently away from the studio I’ve trained with for years. I would love to take lessons with coaches as a partnership, perform professionally, and potentially compete in the future.
