I’d really like to learn more kizomba and zouk! Only had a little bit of experience with those two dances but I’m very interested in learning them

I learned ballroom in college; however, I didn't get back into until 4 years ago. I have only been social dancing since then and don't currently take any classes, but have taken some since I started dancing again.

Former ballroom dance teacher and I'd like to get back into dancing since it has been a while. Formerly taught west coast swing, foxtrot, chacha, rhumba and tango. Would like to learn more salsa and go to local clubs to dance for fun.

I'm addicted to dancing. My first love is latin, but I also like standard. I did all of my training up to now in NC with top latin coaches while on the collegiate team. All in all, I've been dancing about years 6 now.

I have a very good Salsa instructor, but I'm a pilot- so my training has been sporadic due to my schedule and the fact that I'm traveling over half the month.

I have been dancing and competing in other styles such as ballet/pointe, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical and belly dancing since I was 5 years old. Partner dancing/ballroom/Latin took over my life in college and I actually created a minor for myself in Ballroom! I absolutely love latin and ballroom and keep getting so close to going pro but have had 2 different partners fall through/move to east coast. I am at the level to start Rising Star and will make it my priority to kick butt. I am also a professional dancer in Los Angeles and audition for many project and will need a partner for jobs that come up through my agent--which I could potentially have you repped by. Multiple salsa lessons taken during teenage years.

I learnt traditional dancing for years as a kid. Ever since then I was exposed to different types of dancing - ballroom, ballet, hip-hop, salsa here and there but never became a professional or anything. My current interests are in Hispanic dances but also open to other types of ballroom, ballet or even figure skates etc.

I've been dancing salsa and bachata for about a year and a half and I love them. I'm better at salsa than bachata but I would like to bring my bachata up to the same level. I'm also interested in learning Zouk and Kizomba but I'm a newbie in both. My goal is become a better social dancer, and I would like to train with a regular partner weekly.

I competed for the first time at DanceFest in Waltz in Newcomer and Bronze category. My partner and I placed 2nd.

I also compete in Latin at Newcomer/Bronze level, and got 2nd in Rumba and 3rd in Cha Cha. Currently learning Samba.

Currently looking for a dedicated dance partner for Open Amateur Latin category. I train with Maria Nikolishina & Nikolay Voronovich in Los Angeles, CA. I take dance very seriously and view it as a sport (I've played team sports basketball for years). Therefore I set goals and maintain a strict routine of training, work out, diet, supplement, sleep just as a top level athlete would.

Finally, I follow 3 simple rules when it comes to practice, competition, and showcase and would ask my partner to have her own voice on the following:

I. Practice to look right. Not to look good.

II. Compete as if it was your last.

II. Showcase your partner. Not yourself.

I had one year of ballroom lessons about 5 years ago when I lived in NJ. Last year was an extremely difficult year on a few different fronts but I'd like to start out the new year on the right foot (so to speak) by dancing again. I've found that it's much more fun to have a regular partner. My schedule would allow for class/practice evenings twice a week plus socially on weekends.

I've been dancing all of my life starting with ballet at the age of eight years old. I continue with ballroom dancing locally.

I started dancing 2 years ago and fell in love with it. I am fairly athletic and coordinated, having been a competitive figure skater when I was young. As a part of my figure skating training, we did ballet, and I also did tap dancing as a child. I therefore progressed reasonably quickly in my dance lessons, and competed in full bronze (Pro-Am) in the past six months. I am presently dancing in both American rhythm and smooth.

Hello! I'm looking for a dance partner for social, practice, and competitive dancing in American Rhythm and Smooth. I have been ballroom dancing about 15-20 hours a week for the last year, and am looking to expand further into the competition world. I have aspirations to dance professionally and teach at some point in the future, but have been advised to stay in the amateur categories for as long as possible to promote my exposure and further develop my skills. During the day, I work in financial compliance from home. My fiance is a wonderful dance-mom type who fully supports my dancing and wants me to go as far as I can!

I’ve wanted to learn to dance since my 20s but career and child rearing didn’t leave time for it. In February, I went on a cruise with a friend and the first day we met a dance instructor from Toronto who was traveling by himself and looking for a dance partner. I had packed my dancing shoes and he spent the next three weeks teaching me beginning dance.

So far, I’m best at salsa, second best at rumba and still working on cha-cha and swing. As soon as I came home I signed up for both private and group lessons and I have been learning other dances including the waltz, foxtrot, some line dances, etc.

I’m practicing my steps every day but would love to have someone to practice with and to dance with.

I am having the time of my life with this. I was widow two years ago and I have found my way back to being happy and dance is contributing to that greatly (although I was already pretty happy before I started dancing).

Even though I want to practice every day and dance as often as possible, I am interested in dancing with individuals who aren’t able to spend as much time as I want to spend dancing. I don’t know if I can find one person who wants to dance as frequently as I do.

Ive been teaching ballroom dance for 6 years

Here in atlanta GA , I've been wanting to be a professional ballroom dancer ever since I was a little girl and saw the opportunity to teach after I got my B.S. in Animal science, now I want to dip my feet into the Profesional competition world, my main goal is to be a 19 dance champion but for now just getting back out on the competition floor since the pandemic

Ive placed either 1st or 2nd with my students in pro/am with the past competitions I've had, and was top teacher in 2020 now Id like to partake in the pro/pro division and in need of a pro partner

I started dancing in Dallas after my husband of 30 years died and did some senior competition in Jitterbug (east coast swing) took many lessons in other dances. After many years later when I came to Austin, where my kids are, and I started dancing again. I am a single widow, but crazy and very active. I enjoy a good and loyal friend. I am well educated and enjoy intelligent conversation. I have an associate's degree and was an engineering tech for 10 years at Texas Instruments in Dallas. I live in Austin, not Pflugerville now since 2011. I couldn't change it on my profile. I am near the Arboretum. I dance at several local studios. I am considering more showcases and Competitions.
