I'm not particularly looking for a relationship - just a partner to practice with. I'm really into dance and can practice 4 or 5 nights a week. I would practice more if I had a suitable partner.

However, if you can dance like Melissa Rutz, expect an immediate offer of marriage :-)

My preferred dance is West Coast Swing, my second choice of dance is Argentine Tango, but I realise that I'm going no where in any kind of dance without a compatible partner.

I'm very fit, with surprisingly good balance and rhythm for my age (I regularly practice hip and chest isolations and ballet exercises) I dance Swing with two different partners who are in their 20's, but who can't put in the kind of commitment I would like.

I enjoy ballroom immensely, but have enormous difficulty doing routines and feel I should have progressed much further in the short time I've been doing it. I've been told by a number of instructors that I'm an improvisational dancer who follows the music rather than the rules!!

This makes me an unpredictable and challenging lead - In Ceroc I through everything together, ocohes, (AT) spin turns, (Ballroom) whips (Swing) - I just love it when I find a partner who can 'just go with the flow'

Oh. . . and if you are on vacation in Scotland - I'll be happy to meet up with you for some dancing :-)

How serious about dance am I? I've been the only 50 something man in an adult ballet class. . . . . and yes, I'm comfortable working at the barre.

I am interested in social dancing not competing. Even so, for me, dancing is a performance. It is acting with the body. So I hope to find a partner who looks like he is enjoying himself and also makes us the couple everyone wants to watch.

I've been taking group lessons at the Davidsonville Dance Club and elsewhere for the past two years. Currently am doing classes in American Tango, West Coast and East Coast.

I like all the Latin dances, especially the Bachata, Meringue, and Salsa.

Generally, I find the smooth dances a little boring, but a lively foxtrot or waltz can be fun with the right partner. [Not a fan of the nightclub two step, though.]

I like to practice at the Davidsonville Dances Saturday nights and at the Promenade Sunday afternoons. I am more interested in dancing than dating, but not ruling it out. Just not a priority.

I have been dancing for the most part for the last 12 years. I am new to North Carolina, 1 year now after living in Florida for 45 years. I am open to learning new steps and new dances. I have a great sense of rhythum and can follow a good lead and am a fast learner.

I come from family with the folk background -my brother and I dance in folk group but my dream was always to learn the ballroom dance ,but in Poland where I grow up was no place to learn so when I come to USA I try to found time and place where I can learn dance .I am sympathetic,compassinate,kind selfless,patient,gentle,very fun to be with .

I got into ballroom dance a few years ago and started on American style dances. Socially, I enjoy all types of ballroom dances and have a great lead on the floor to different levels of steps. Right now, I'm taking private lessons twice a week, and practice a few times a week, mostly on international standard. I'm going to compete first time at Atlanta Open with my teacher this May.

Besides that, I love to go to social dance parties, and enjoy smooth, latin, and west coast swing dances.

I enjoy dancing! It is my form of exercise. My dance background include latin ballroom, tribal style belly dance, social dancing (salsa, bachata, merengue, cumbia, etc). I am also a licensed Zumba instructor. I recently found Kizomba. I took a two hour Kizomba boot camp at this years Salsa Congress and absolutely loved it! I want to learn more.

I am a professional with a small ballroom dance studio located in Belleville IL. I teach all levels, mostly social/beginners/intermediates are in this area. I spend a lot of time teaching wedding couples as well. I opened my studio in 2013, we are very easy going and laid back studio.

Started dancing when I was twelve finished when I was 17. I won over 15 all Ireland championships in my time and I feel I was a very good dancer and would like to take it up again as it is my passion.

Salsa, Salsa, Salsa. I love to dance Salsa. Have taken some lessons, but it's difficult to become a skillful dancer without a regular dance partner. Have also taken a few lessons of Casino Rueda, Tango, East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing--interested in taking more lessons. Would also like to learn Disco and Ballroom--Square dancing also looks like fun. I just love to dance. My goal is to become an overall good dancer and dance the night away!

I have taken dancing classes for 5 quarters at school and went to east coast swing dance club for a quarter. I did get chance to practice what I learned. I know some intermediate steps and would like to practice more.

I was dancing professionally for 9 years back in Russia. Including ballroom dance which is my favorite. I took occasionally dance classes at San Francisco City College that I completely enjoyed. My trainers told me that I have very classical movements (absolutely true! - ballet is a big part of Russian school). I would like to get back to dancing as always feel passionate about it. I can dance a lot of dances, but I guess I would have to figure out what are the popular dances here. Open for the competitions once I will be ready.

I am 5'9 1/2. I love to dance. I know basic two step but now I am learning the turns and dips. I go out but there are not a lot of leads. I could be open to dating. I will not relocate. God is my first love, my kids come second, dancing is my third love. I just love to dance and if I had a good partner, I would stay on the floor.

I have always been paired up with men who don't like to dance. So now I am not with anyone, it's time I change that and look for willing partners. I am ready to dance and have fun! I know a little east coast and west coast swing, would love to progress to the next level and feel more confident on the dancefloor.

In the close of my working life I became a licensed Massage Therapist. After several years I dropped my license due to the wider competition and discretionary money was drying up. As a friend I will apply my knowledge to friends.

I have taken private lessons, group lessons, and workshops, with various top instructors in American, International and Nightclub style, as welll as jazz, and ballet
