I like to Square dance and Round dance a lot. I am a beginning Round dancer, but have been Square dancing since 1984. I can do both positions of the couples for Square dancing. I am flexible. I would like to learn more Country & Western Dances and Round Dances. I would be open to learn more things with the right person. But, the first things I would require are open communication and respect. I would do the same for my partner. I have no brothers or sisters, so I spend time dancing and with my mom and daughters.

Began early training in ballet, received degree in Contemporary Dance, and I was introduced to ballroom dancing 7 years ago. Since then I have kept up all genres, and I am a full time ballroom dance teacher. Hi,I am Chinese, 57, was born and raised in Hong Kong, been living in Toronto for 23 yrs. single again, have 2 growth children, they both finished school and now living oversea at the moment. I am semi retired, have time to explore life.

I started with triple-step East Coast swing several years ago, then transitioned to Lindy Hop (I'm okay with both). I've attended several swing dance events in the USA (primarily Georgia, South Carolina) and Europe. My main goal is to enjoy the dance experience while continuing to improve various dance skills.

When I was young I used to be too shy to dance. Nowadays I am trying to be more sociable, and in my opinion there's no better way to do that than by dancing. For me, taking a dance partner and dancing with her is a wonderful experience; it's almost like flirtation. I started to learn to dance early in 2012, and with the help of private lessons, I can dance quite well in a social setting. It amazes me how much I can find out about a lady by dancing with her, without even speaking. Does she respond to my lead? Can she move gracefully? Has she a good sense of musical rhythm? These things are immediately evident when I dance with a lady.

I am also looking for a serious long-term relationship with a musical lady who enjoys dancing. She should be near retirement age, and in good health.
