I’ve had salsa and merengue lessons before. Looking for a dance partner and participate in events and shows

I have taken Ballroom Dance lessons for a few years, mostly in American Sytle but have done some International and would like to work more on International Standard and Latin. I think I'm an okay dancer with decent rhythm and I'm willing to practice to get it right.

I have danced all my life, in many styles of dance, including ballet, jazz, modern, ballroom, Latin American, etc. I have performance experience, won a best dancer's cup years ago while living in South Africa. Got awarded certificate of merit for meeting the required level of expertise for Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medals with the Republic Dance Teachers Association of South Africa. Hold a Fitness and Nutrition Diploma. I have mainly danced socially in the last several years. Lately my schedule has allowed me to get back into a much more active lifestyle and I'm ready to get going on my dancing. I need a partner! I'd like to find someone that wants to compete!

In December of 2004 I saw the movie "Shall We Dance." It made me laugh, made me cry, and made me want to dance. That's when I went out and signed up for lessons. I've been dancing in various venues since 2005 . . . competent in some dances and still learning others. I dance for fitness and fun. I'm not particularly interested in dancing competitively.

I have learned Standard and Latin for 8 months when I was staying in Hamburg, Germany. I would like to continue that but I would like to start again since I have forgot many moves and steps and I would like to practice them again

I'm a musically expressive Gold level (and beginning Open Gold) Standard, Gold level Smooth, and pretty good -so people tell me- West Coast Swing dancer who dances from the heart with all the emotions that can be found there, from despair to joy, and everything in between as the music moves me. I've played music all my life so I bring musicality to the dance floor and have been told by various instructors with national recognition that my flair and expression will add a lot to a partnership.

Hi, I've taken Salsa, Bachata and some Cumbia lessons. I would like to find a dance partner to practice and get better. I'm still learning and seriously want to improve my Salsa lead. My goal is to become a better dancer overall. Bachata seems to be my strongest dance. I like Cumbia, Merenque, Country 2 step, Waltz, Rumba, Hustle and willing to learn dances that you like and can be another dance partner as well.

I'm a working male...employed as a computer software programmer. Currently I am in Camp Hill, PA. during the work week, returning to southern NY frequently. I usually come back into PA weekends to attend whatever dances I can find. I am an avid social dancer and am also extremely fond of 'oldies' music and doing the jitterbug (East Coast Swing ?) to old-time rock and roll music from the 50's and 60's as well as the slower songs from that era. I love polka music and dancing...and am wishing for a partner who might have the stamina to attend polka dances as well as the more sedate ventures into dancing...but realize there may have to be two different personalities involved as polka is often viewed with disdain, if not revulsion, by the ballroomers.

Advanced beginner/ Intermediate social dancer seeking practice partner and/or social dance partner. A little bit of rhythm and natural ability.

Dancing ballroom (smooth, standard, rhythm) 3 years and have competed for 2 with my pro instructors many times. Interested in someone to practice with, or social dance, or potentially amateur couple competition.
