I am looking for a professional partner to compete in American Rhythm. I have been dancing and competing for 10+ years, mostly in International Latin and most recently in American Rhythm.

I am co-owner of a dance studio in Wildwood, FL. We would offer to hire you and provide a full time job.

There are constantly coaches coming through our Jacksonville location, including Karina Smirnoff who we can take coaching with on a consistent basis.

Many years ago did the usual disco bit and did win a few competitions...so have been used to single freestyle. More recently have whilst I was in Italy a few years back taken a few classes in ballroom( Polka, Foxtrot and Mazouka) and Latin...loved the bachata! But willing to try anything.

I travel Very Frequently--two weeks out of every other month and all winter-- to South Florida preparatory to moving there full time. I would like someone to practice and dance Argentine tango with as well as other dances. I'm a reasonably advanced dancer...have been dancing tango for 10 years, but not at a teacher level. I'm 5'6...or 5'8-9 with heels, and fit better with a man who is 5'11 or taller.

I have flexible hours and could accommodate anyone's schedule as along as it isn't in the early morning. (I'm a tango dancer, after all) Salsa, merengue, cha cha, swing, hustle, waltz, fox trot...I like and dance them all. Not interested in competition, but definitely in "dancesport".

It's been about 16 months since I started taking dance lessons. I'm hooked for life. I never thought this one activity could enrich a person's life this much. I work hard at it and all the women in my group classes want to dance with me which makes me want to work even harder at it. Anyway, eventually, I would like to enter competitions but that's a few months and a lot of practice away.

I miss couple dancing! I've been single a couple of years now and for ten years before that my partner didn't really couple dance. I missed it then too! Before that I had a partner who I always danced with at functions and have such fond memories. I am higher energy than most and love to use dance as a way to exercise and let go. I've been competing in Latin for 9 years as an amateur. I have an experience studying abroad in Finland to take lessons and learn from Jukka Hapaapalaine and Sirpa (World Champion couple).

I do a lot of work out at the gym such as crossfit training, weight training, swimming, or any kind of exercising to encourage performance.

I don't know how to explain my level since I was competing in Japan but my highest rank was A in smaller organization and B in larger organization.

I only experienced standard for only 1.5 years but actually, l LOVE STANDARD. I only know basic steps but ten dance partner or standard partner are also OK.

I run a general public ballroom with weekly dances in Tango and Ballroom. I have a Children\'s group "Miami Dance Machine" a not-for-profit organization. I have a great female dance instructruss that\'s helping me accomplish some exciting things in Miami. She is 5\'7" too tall to be my personal partner. She is competing in the ballroom circuit Internatial Latin. Now that I have a children\'s performing team, I\'m looking for the right partner to dance with me. Why a picture with Maury? One of my Miami Dance Machine children couples after 3 years of training was invited to dance on his Talented children\'s show. I\'m very proud of what we are doing with kids in Miami.

I learned to dance over 30 years ago, then life took over and raising my two sons was my priority. Now single again, I have returned to dancing, taking lessons in ballroom, sequence, line dancing and ceroc but find that in order to improve, I need a regular partner.

I took up dance a little over 5 years ago. I dance WCS, ECS, Jitterbug, linedance, Triple-Two and Two-step the best. I have taken ballroom (salsa, bachata, rhumba, cha cha, waltz, etc) and other dances for about 9 -10 hours a week. In the town I was in there were no places to go social dancing. So I dance only in the classroom and at our events. I have traveled to competitions where I have taken workshops and have social danced. Also, when I travel, I take the opportunity to dance in what city I am in. I really would like to find a social dance partner in the Oklahoma City area and go to clubs and use what I have learned. I am a decent dancer but have not had "regular" social opportunity to put into practice what I have learned. In December 2 years ago I went on a WCS dance cruise of workshops, lessons, and social dancing. I just want to dance.

Retired a few years now and was enjoying my passion for Ballroom and Latin dancing until everything stopped. I've kept practicing with a few on line lessons, and now hope to see a gradual return to dancing normality. Social dancing as in tea dances and circulating between social partners is likely a no no for a while but dancing as a couple should be sortable. I am seeking a similar level partner for dancing enjoyment and if it works out more.

I am very fit and love dancing socially I am working through the ISTD medals and I do medalist competitions. I am told I have a good lead, good frame and posture and my sense of rhythm is good (but far from infallible). Foxtrot is currently my favourite dance. I have long legs which given the space on the floor I enjoy stretching and so look for a partner who is fairly tall and knows how to carry herself. For Ballroom in particular I find there is a big change to my dancing experience (and hopefully my partners to) when I have a partner that is a good physical match for me.

My competitive high point (2016) was Latin 2nd place at Blackpool ISTD medalist championship.

I have qualified for this years ISTD championship both ballroom and Latin just before things all stopped.

Recently became addicted to Tango. Want to perfect my skills. Have had a year of lessons in West Coast Swing and am interested in learning East Coast...and...what is the "Carolina Shag? I can do basic Salsa stuff (as far as my knees will let me). I have finally made my move to Tampa!

It started eight or nine years ago. I was recently divorced after being separated for a few years and felt that I needed to do something different. Somehow, the idea of ballroom dancing permeated my cranium! I decided to get dressed up one evening (I have always received complements on my appearance) and go to a ballroom dance. I took a seat and watched as people danced around the floor. Several woman approached me and asked the usual questions, including what were the dances I was familiar with. I knew a bit of east coast swing and cha cha from the bar hopping days long since passed, but was completely ignorant of rumba, waltz, foxtrot, etc. I could not dance with these women as I had no skills. I was crushed! I loved the music, but had no idea how to move to it. I started taking some group and private lessons. After a few years, skillful women dancers began to tell me things like “you’re very smooth “and “you have a great lead”. Around this same time, the aforementioned ladies began to ask me to dance. From there on in it has been all downhill! I’ve danced in many different cities over the last five or six years. When I’m in Florida, I’ll be dancing in Sarasota, St. Pete, Largo, Clearwater, Gulfport…..you name it! I hope to see you on the dance floor there soon!

My looks and energy defy my age so don't be put off - I'm not an old man - just a man with lived-in looks and a lot of mileage on the clock! I love salsa dancing and I love to dance with ladies who have rhythm but I like dancing with beginners too because I'm a good lead and can show them what it's going be be like in 6 months time when they've had more experience.

I love to dance!, animals, enjoy photography, have fun with computers, reading, roller skating, swiming, I don't give up easy, love learning all around, and languages. I work a lot, but try to make time for dancing.

I've been dancing different types of dances for all my life. Even bit of sports dances in childhood which was total disaster and I thought I'll never do it again. Nevertheless already several years I've rediscovered ballroom again and I like it because it's complicated and hard but there is sometimes such a feeling that is impossible to be obtained anywhere else. I'm training on daily basis because there is no use to do less. Participating in competitions from time to time. Having great trainers and having lots of laugh and fun especially in moments when I feel like I could bite them. Currently I'm in transition phase ... to something better:)
