I love dancing - mainly contemporary line dancing but also country dancing and some ballroom - both classes and social dancing events.

I've been taking lessons at Dance Charisma in Las Vegas, NV for more than 2 years. I'm proficient in Tango, Waltz, Vienese, Rumba, Cha-cha, Salsa, West and East coast swing, Hustle, some quick-step and others. I have done five showcases and trained up my last two partners from almost scratch. I also do a good amount of social dancing.

Have danced all my life but I am newer to Ballroom.

I enjoy expressing myself through my dancing. I intend to improve and grow as a dancer for the rest of my life. For me, practice is the path of mastery. I enjoy having fun being the best that I can be.

I'm new to New York, originally from Miami... long story short, I love to dance. I grew up dancing salsa socially and always wanted to compete but never have. Unfortunately, between school and work, I never found the time or the right partner. I am more than willing to put the time and effort in, in order to reach a competitive level.

Dance is my true passion, second only to that for my grown up children. I run a successful business and my great management team now allows me more time to follow my passion and to improve and compete. An athletic lifestyle and sensible diet keeps me trim and energetic and I've just started competitions and love it. I'm fortunate to have a brilliant dance teacher who inspires me to have a go at whatever's out there and whilst I'm nervous, once on the dance floor it's great fun and incredibly exhilarating!

Retired naval officer, businessman, live in Mililani, very active. See about 100 films a year, most dance recitals, plays, concerts, etc. Love to social dance. Travel 5 to 7 times a year plus foreign & interisland. Active with several nonprofits. No longer do much sports, seldom watch TV, eat most meals out, generally just sleep at home. One bunny for a pet. Full head of hair, now mostly grey.

Never smoked and dont deal well with it in my companion. My father died from alcoholism so I quit but dont mind if others do. Never experimented with drugs. Want to enjoy life while I have health and energy. Never had any STD and believe in testing prior to sexual activity. Chemistry is the cornerstone of a relationship, yet it isnt enough, also need straight talk, compromise, tolerance, and negotiation. Very kinesthetic, love to hold hands, cuddle, kiss (lots, deeply), spoon, etc. Believe in opening doors, monogamy, the man pays, etc. Believe that honey catches more flies than vinegar, I dont deal effectively with anger, criticism, mistrust, etc. Most things in life are more fun and enjoyable when shared. Looking for someone with reasonably good health, high energy levels, affectionate, loving and passionate, can tolerate broad interests, to share my life style with me.

You need reasonably good health, a lot of energy, able to save some for lovemaking, flexibility for scheduling changes, comfortable with public displays of affection, very passionate in private, able to travel well, spend time alone, tolerate all kinds of people, keep a reasonably clean home and auto, but not a stickler for perfection. I compete in American style, full silver: six majors plus bolero, vw, wcs, Salsa, hustle, Argentine Tango. Plan to train and compete in silver for at least the next 3-5 years adding a dance or two each year. I'd like to add Paso, Peabody, or QS next year. I'd like to compete minimum 3 times a year. I also try to perform a spotlight each month and I participate in a studio showcase every year. I train with my Pro-Am instructor/partner twice a week, attend technique class, and practice on my own a couple times a week. I’d love to have my very own amateur partner with whom to train, perform and compete. Social dancing would be amazing as well!

I started dancing 14 years ago in Germany, became quite proficient in international styles and salsa.

When i moved to the US for graduate school I stopped dancing due to lack of time. I picked it up again a year and a half ago because my wife and I needed a studio to choreograph a first dance.

I dance at best a bronze level now, but I am a quick study.

I started dancing in 2005 and competed with an amateur as well as a professional. I stopped dancing in 2011 when I was pregnant with twins. I danced silver but definitely am a bit rusty, but looking to get back into dancing with someone like-minded.

I love Latin dance and want to find someone who would enjoy meeting at clubs once a week to dance. It’s been awhile since I’ve danced so I’m wanting to get back in the swing of things. A decade ago I did competitive ballroom. Now I just want to have fun Latin dancing at clubs.

I’m an enthusiastic beginner, however I’m confident with the basic steps.

Although I have competed and love all 4 styles, I have spent the most time training in Latin. Dancing is a part of who I am and I love it. I hope to become a better dancer and would love to be able to find a partner who wants to do the same.

I danced with a partner from bronze through gold in NYC 10 years ago in both standard and latin. After that I was on a couple formation teams and danced socially, but looking to get back into dancing competitively. Ballroom and Latin dancing is my life and passion. I believe dancing is wonderful way to express one's feelings and emotions. I am currently training with the top teacher in LA and I dance almost everyday. I also like Classical music, Opera, Fine art, Theatre, Photography, Fitness training, Travel, Meditation, Poetry, Sailing. I also like to sing karaoke and I take some singing class now. Ballroom dance has become such a big part of my life, its hard to imagine being in a relationship that does not include dance in the mix. I'd put my dance level as generally being intermediate, though there is some variation of this depending on the dance. Currently taking lessons in Balboa and Foxtrot. I usually dance 3 times a week. I am open to having a partner that is somewhat less or somewhat more proficient, and I would enjoy taking lessons together. I want to meet dancing men who are open to dating/exploring the possibility of a relationship.

I am 63, SWP, (Divorced a long time). I have a daughter who has graduated from college, and have two miniature schnauzers who are affectionate, non-shedding, and non-allergenic.

I am intelligent, but not an intellectual, striving for wisdom, and (almost always) showing integrity. Personal/Spiritual development and growth are important to me. Heart-to-heart conversations are very important.

Interests include alternative health and healing, energy, serendipity, intuition, spirituality, and my work helping others.

I particularly enjoy dancing (especially Ballroom Dance, but I also like Folk Dance, Square Dance,, Universal Dances of Peace, etc.), plays, ethnic foods, and socializing with friends.
