I danced with a partner from bronze through gold in NYC 10 years ago in both standard and latin. After that I was on a couple formation teams and danced socially, but looking to get back into dancing competitively. I dance salsa and bachata socially and enjoy rhythm more than latin, so ideally would like a partner who would be willing to do both (or just rhythm).

I have been dancing Argentine tango for 3 years very regularly

I spent my youth dancing in a studio (ballet, tap, jazz, pointe). About 3 years ago I got into swing dancing (East Coast, Lindy, West Coast) in Nebraska. I moved to Des Moines during the pandemic and decided I want to start traveling for dance festivala and maybe some competition stuff when the world opens up again.

Hi, my name is Sally and I am here to look for a dance partner - obvious really, however the form also asks if I'd be interested in dating. I am single and so would be able to date, but my motivation is to find a dance partner.

I danced for all of my junior years and gained several medals (nine I think). Then when I was in my mid-teens, I was distracted by other hobbies and did very little dancing since, which is a real shame ......... until now!

All these years later, I decided to take up dancing again a couple of years ago and I am loving every moment of re-learning ....... would you like to join me? There is, of course, a flaw in choosing 'partner dancing' as my hobby, when I am single and thus without a partner, ha ha! So, this is why I am here.

I have been taking my medals again and so far have done the Waltz, Quickstep, Rumba, Cha Cha Cha and passed all with Honours. I am currently looking to take the Tango and Jive medals this year and I entered my first competition in January at 'Social Dance' level for the 50+ years category.

I've been an Arthur Murray dance student for 5 years, and on and off for ten due to my grandmother being a student and teacher when I was a preteen. I dance American style rhythm and smooth, as well as west coast swing and some country-western dances. My top five favorite dances are Tango, Viennese Waltz, West Coast Swing, Cha Cha, and Samba. I have been in two local showcases and performed one choreographed routine so far (#brokecollegestudent mood, anyone?), but I hope as I advance in my career and dancing I can perform more and eventually compete in bigger competitions!

While I would love to compete someday, I am in a place at the moment where dancing is a hobby I happen to spend a lot of time and money on. I'm sure others can relate, especially now! So mainly, I'm just looking to get out of the house and get moving again with someone who might be looking for the same.

I live in Greenville, SC but am a dance gypsy. I have been doing some kind of dancing for longer than 20 years, starting with modern dance and ballet in my early 20's (I grew up Southern Baptist or I would have started earlier in life.) I try to dance at least three times a week...used to do more until my previous studio closed due to the instructor becoming unwell. I now dance with Ukrainians at the local Fred Astaire. I am passionate about Argentine tango & west coast swing as improvisational dances. I love to dance competitively and would love to find a partner interested in competing as amateur partners. I am self-employed and can make my schedule as flexible as I can afford. I dance at the upper levels of American style and also silver International style. I also love club dancing, salsa and dancing "slop" i.e., playing. I also love to travel and have a history of several other major hobbies such as hiking, camping, cycling and horseback riding. Had to stop running but used to run competitively. I am a member of USA Dance.

I am currently doing pro-am standard, and am the finalist of the world pro-am ballroom dance championship in Embassy. While I enjoy doing pro-am competition, I would like to get back to amateur comps and compete at the championship level. I work out regularly and to help keep in shape I especially like some hot dancing at the clubs during the cold winters.

I also dance a little: Viennese Waltz Paso and a little sequence. I was training to teach Dance, but decided to stop as my partner didn't want me to. I am looking to do Silver medals. however, my partner only wants to dance socially at a lower level. I live in Cirencester and have access to Chedworth Village Hall, where I clean each week.
