I began ballroom dancing approximately 12 years ago and fell in love with it and have been dancing ever since. I am visiting UC Berkeley for a year and would like to find a dance partner to train and compete with during the year. I have about 8 years of experience and currently only compete in latin dances. I've had good competitive success with my previous partner at gold level in regional competitions winning several competitions in a row. I'm 6'4'' (193cm) which makes finding a suitable partner hard. I have complete choreographies with videos for jive, samba and chacha, which should give a flying start to a potential partnership.

I like to dance all ballroom and club dances. I have had quite a few platonic dance partners over the years! And have at least two solid training partners from this site back in Virginia beach in 2005. I am presently with Beata for west coast and perhaps later hustle and CW.

I have the ability to self learn with a partner salsa, hustle,and some ballroom effectively via my libray of VHS and DVD tapes. I am driven by the music, and in that regard my chief love would be foxtrot via jazz standards. However, I can really let go with the right salsa, swing, or hustle.

I grew up dancing in my family's ballroom dance studio. My parents were two-time U.S. Nine Dance champions in the 90s and I hope to follow in their footsteps. I've been dancing since 2003. I was dancing professionally for most of that time, but for the past several years, I had been focused on my second job as a gymnastics instructor. I have been dancing for about a year and a half now since getting out of the military in July 2012. I am currently a dance major at Glendale Community College looking to transfer over to ASU.
