I fell in love with tango, and dancing in general, when my world travels brought me to Argentina in 2012. Ever since I have sought out opportunities to dance at every opportunity, later learning Salsa and Bachata. I have recently decided I want to dedicate myself to dancing as I continue to travel the wold. My primary interest is in tango dancing, however I also want to explore salsa, bachata, zouk, chacarera (Argentine folk dance) and anything else which seems interesting.

I learn very fast, I love improvisation, I am a good leader and I am always dedicated to improving. I am primarily interested in social dancing, however I would love to perform someday and have also considered teaching in order to share my love of dancing as I travel the world.

Danced as Am and Pro for many years through 70s 80s, 90s in comp and socially. Worked for original NY Express Dance Studios most of this time. Previously competed Pro/Am and Rising Star Professional in American and International Latin and Smooth/Standard. Took time off for family and career. Rejoined professional ranks a 10 years ago and have been actively teaching and competing Pro/Am Registered Pro. Teach and Dance American, International, Salsa, Hustle. I lost my wife in 2006, and prior to 2007 had not danced beyond hug and rock.

I've taken lots of group lessons and some privates for a number of years. I want to improve proficiency by working together with a partner, particularly International Standard. I am moving away from social dance to competition instead, because I prefer the discipline and higher level of dance satisfaction that comes with competition. Of course, studio/training work is part of that discipline. I've done one competition and looking to do more.

I've been dancing since 2004, including professionally for ~6 years before going to grad school. Now that I've graduated I'm looking to get back into dancing. I'm open to competing, might start teaching again, I'm exploring my options.

I'm looking for someone to practice with during COVID. My background is ballet, aerial silks, samba, salsa and tango but it has been awhile since I have done any partner dancing . I started dancing at Fred Astaire Dance Studio in upstate NY two and a half years ago and have been working there for almost a year and a half. I have competed in mixed novice and Open Professional American Rhythm. I would like to continue competing in American Rhythm but am open to learning new styles, as an instructor I have studied american and international styles of dancing. I have been dancing since the age of 5. I have been playing music since the age of 4. Music and dancing is my passion and I am very fortunate to have my career totally in the arts. I am an Artistic Director. I am composing original music for the production I am working on now. We are using a variety of dance styles in the show.

I love to dance because it's an expression of self through music with someone unique who understands it. I've competed for many years around the world and have gotten many titles. While it's fun, I'm more interested in learning together, growing and sharing the love of dance with someone talented.

I've been dancing since '97, but had a long break in the middle. I'm not sure how this site will work out, and even less sure about what I'll be able to do, dance-wise, as things are always changing in my life. I'm in the Fishers, Indiana area right now, and have a contract through November of this year. Because I'm on a contract, it can end at any time, and this particular one has a definite end-date late this year. Where I'll be after that is a total unknown. I've been dancing for my whole life. I really love it. I can work for hours on developing dancing skills. But it seems to me that I have taken everything that my teachers could give me.
