I used to dance hustle every Monday night when I lived near DC. I miss it terribly because that was my happy dance. It would be a miracle to find a partner who loves to dance hustle as much as I do. I used to compete in international latin and standard, but that was over 10 years ago and all I've done since moving to Florida (and soon to TX) is social dancing like salsa, hustle, and rhythm/smooth.

I am looking for a regular or temporary available training dance partner advanced level in ballroom and / or Latin dance to practice together depending on his arrangements and I will adjust apart from travel outside London, unless once a month. I work full time Mon to Fri. I attend competition ballroom & Latin classes. I have been dancing salsa (Cuban and cross body) and bachata for about 3 years now, although not sure how good the skills will be after lockdown ends! Also just started to learn Kizomba.

I love the whole Latin dance culture. I speak some Spanish and am trying to learn Portuguese. My favourite country in the world is Cuba but I would love to explore South America and learn to Tango in Argentina and Salsa in Colombia!

I started dancing with I was a kid, mostly ballet and jazz. I switched to Ballroom because an injury on stag. I started ballroom dance in 2005 when I joined UC Berkeley Ballroom Dance Team. I was on the team for one year and I was training intensively. I did about ten competitions during that period. In 2006, I went to Ballroom Dance Teacher College in San Francisco and I graduated it in 2007. I also started teaching ballroom dance in a studio in 2006. Currently, I am registered through NDCA and USA Dance as an amateur.

Hello! I absolutely love to dance! I’ve been country line, swing, and couples dancing for around 8 years. I’ve also taken some salsa and west coast swing lessons, but I need many more lessons in those areas.

I have been ballroom dancing for 6+ years and have done many showcases with my professional teacher.

A hopeless outdoorsy romantic who unwittingly fell in love with Contra dancing 18yrs ago (still my favorite dance).

I also love 14 other ballroom & swing dances--& have been a dance class junkie the last 12yrs (mostly West Coast Swing). I usually take 1-2 group dance lessons 4 nites/wk--followed by 1-3hrs of social dancing. Plus one private lesson with champion instructor the last few months.

Also take lots of classes at 3-5 WCS conventions per yr, plus 5-7 Contra festivals, & one Country wkend. Dance wkends are usually my favorite times of the year. Almost forgot: it's great fun dancing to live music at Blues clubs & other venues 1-3x/month.

Other interests: bicycling (tandem, mtn, road, touring), hiking, traveling, musical & dance performances, movies, plus public TV/radio. Am a politically liberal Unitarian who is very respectful of the views of others.

I like foxtrot, waltz, cha-cha, hustle, rumba, bolaro, quickstep, tango, salsa, Viennese waltz, and West Coast swing, but open to all types of dance. I'd like to practice twice a week for about 2 hours. I am retired and my schedule has flexibility.
