I've been taking lessons on and off the last 4 years. Currently enrolled right now, learning Latin dances.

I have been social dancing two years now. Mostly International Latin and Ballroom.

I took some salsa and Bachatta classes but after I never found a partner to practice

I first started in ballroom in high school, when I took a beginner’s ballroom class. It piqued my interested, but I didn’t fall in love with dance until my freshman year of college, when I joined my school’s ballroom club. I am currently a junior, I have competed for 3 semesters at the bronze level, doing 2-3 competitions per semester. My training has mostly been through group lessons taught by the higher level dancers in the club, and occasionally group lessons with professional instructors, but this year I have taken bronze technique lessons with a professional instructor in a smaller group of 4-6 couples. I prefer international styles, but I can also dance American styles. My favorite dances are international rumba and waltz. I like a nice mixture of competitive, performance, and social dancing.

I am a lead and had been dancing for almost 14 years now. I have joined Local Dance sports competitions in the past and i have a promising talent in choreography.

I just finished the bronze level in East Coast Swing and will finish the bronze level soon in rhumba, cha cha, waltz, and fox trot. I am passionate about dancing. I love to practice. I can dance anywhere to any kind of music. When movie actors burst out into song and dance in their movies, I am very happy.

I used to teach ballroom dancing at Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Mpls, MN in my twenties and I am now looking to get back into dancing just socially and have fun.

Was doing 10 dances while studying at the university, but did not progress too far. Now thinking to try all that again. Mostly inspired by 90's dancing.

I go to a tea dance every week and a social once a month. I'v danced most of my life on and off. Only being taught Properly in the last 2 to 3 .

I’ve danced for 3 years straight and then 3 years on and off. I just love dancing and want to improve! I’m a pretty good dancer but could work on technique and styling.

I travel a lot. I do culture dance performance. Iam quick visual learner. Iam very good follower. Love to dance, love going out to dance.

Ballroom dancing for over 25 years with many private lessons and very very many group lessons. Want to dance 2 to 3 times a week, in public, and practice in private.

I love dancing since I’ve been teenager. I enjoy learning new steps. I have not been dancing as I’d love to in a decade. I will like to swing back to action. I know there are quite number of new dancing steps to learn. I’m ready to learn and have fun while doing the dance. I enjoy Konga, rhythm and blues, Disco, two steps reggae etc.

I am wanting to step up my skill level in International Ballroom and Latin Dancing. Im looking for a partner to take classes together and train with. I am currently taking classes in Marin (Bay West Dance Studio) and the East Bay (Just Dance Ballroom and Allegro Ballroom) Primarily looking for a partner to take Stephen Cullips Tuesday night Hobby and Advanced Classes.

While attending college at University of Oregon, I enrolled in a ballroom class freshman year. I took a few workshops with Jim & Jenell Maranto, Bob Powers & Julia Gorchakova, Ron & Carla Montez, Michael Mead & Toni Redpath. I have been hooked ever since I watched what real dancers could do. I was pretty hardcore for two years being on a dance team and a member of the Oregon Ballroom Dance Club. After I moved I only went dancing about once a month instead of every day. Just doing salsa and swing mostly. I joined the USA Dance Seattle Performance team in 2005, so I could get back into the ballroom scene. I would say I am a Silver level dancer in most respects. I am hoping to make it to championship level in a few years down the road.
