I am VERY passionate about dancesport. There is nothing else.

I'm a quality,, upbeat, positive woman and am disciplined to practice and take private lessons for performance quality dancing as a HOBBY. I would like a new partner for that, either professional or well trained amateur with good technical skills. I dance American smooth and rhythm..

I also take jazz, ballet and tap and perform for fun.

In addition, I enjoy social dancing, a totally different kind of dancing for the sheer enjoyment of being with someone for fun or for possibly a personal relationship. which would include dancing as a recreational pursuit.

I am 35, I have been going to salsa classes for 5 years I have been to both Cuban salsa and Cross body salsa, I also like Jive, Rumba and ballroom Waltz and quick step and fox trot.

I've started dancing when I was 7-8 and continued for around 8 years. After I got injured, I took a little break and then I didn't have time to train. However, I miss dance so much and I'd like to start and practice again. Mostly socially, but I'm open to competitions as well.

4 years of ballet when I was very young. Recently went to a demonstration class for salsa and picked up the steps quickly. I also learned to swing dance with an experianced partner. I want to master the fundamentals and technique of ballroom dancing.

I am interested in developing my skills in International Standard. I continue to take weekly lessons and practice 1-2/days per week. I have a friendly, easy going personality and a good work attitude.

I love to dance! It is something that makes me very happy and would like to do it more often. I was considering doing competitive dancing. I have never really had a proper Latin dance lesson. I learned to dance because of social events and friends. I would like to learn to dance salsa better.

I started to dance some years ago and then I stopped, but now I'd like to start again. I'm a quite lady, but I like meeting new people.

I love to line and couples dance and do so regularly (several nights each week) in the Olympia/Tacoma area. I am husky/thick-built but, besides dancing, exercise regularly including taking walks (at work & home), cycling, and working out indoors at home. The members of the Olympia country dance group I belong to look to me for reviewing line dances since I have a knack for remembering most dances I learn (I'm an instructor for the group). Ladies enjoy couples dancing with me and I continually receive compliments on my dancing and how my skills continue to improve.

I have been dancing SALSA ( LA ) for many years but inconsistently. Looking to improve both SALSA and BACHATA,and possibly learn CHA CHA. My goal is to reach the level of preparedness for competition.

I've been dancing since my late teen years back in Europe, but seriously for the past 8 years.

All ballroom dances are of interest to me, but perhaps ballroom Latine dances a bit more that other.

My goals - a continuous technique improvement and fine tuning.

My main interest is to use competition as a means to become a better dancer. I'm generally more interested at becoming highly proficient at technique and form than mastering fancy patterns. I've competed for a few years in the local college amateur scene where I have managed to win and/or place a few times in the silver smooth categories and I have also made it to semi-finals in bronze standard (which required getting past two prior rounds). I just started to compete in Latin about a year ago.
