Mostly East Coast Swing. I took Arthur Murray Ballroom classes along time ago and know the basics of many dance types.

I have recently resigned from public school teaching after 25 years of teaching first grade and kindergarten in Texas and have recently relocated to southern California. I am looking for Californians who have a desire to do the Texas Two Step or the patience to teach me to dance California style! When I go out to dance, I dance! I have the stamina to dance every dance in a set for at least three sets. I enjoy dancing to disc-jockey venues more than live bands because there is generally more room on the floor for whirling and twirlin' when there is no live band. I do enjoy going to hear live bands and especially enjoy outdoor music festivals.

I would like to meet someone who enjoys country and western dancing as much as I do, and/or someone with the patience to help me practice my newly acquired dances, Salsa and West Coast Swing. I would like to find a dance partner who, like me, chooses dance as a fun, recreational form of exercise.

I have been dancing over 20 years. My priority (Dance) is Latin but like standers as well. I had lots experience for performance (Latin) and some competitions.

I have competed Am/Am Champ Standard; I enjoy doing shows.

I have moved to Wyoming about 1.5 years ago. And I have been teaching at a local venue here. All four styles. But, I am willing to drive to most of Colorado for a good partner.

Like to stay sharp by visiting 5+ Studios when I lived in the Dallas area. Different teaching styles, coreographies, exposure to many levels of partner talent.

I have 7 Comps over the last 13 years. Southwestern x3, Virginia State, Sapphire x2, Triple Crown, etc. All this was Pro/Am, last Comp was Am/Am.

I can do Bronze and Silver in American, Smooth and Rhythm.

I can do Bronze and Silver in International Standard and Latin, some Gold is being added, whenever and where ever time permits. These 4 styles require constant practice, else I get rusty. I have about 36+ showcases behind me. Most/All local Instructors know me. Just ask them or watch me.

I have many other interests, including making wine at home, scuba diving, and travel to the carribean. People always comment on my sense of humor, positively!

I found a passion for dancing 12 years ago. I've gotten to work with some of the best teachers in the business. I dance international latin and would like to practice and set goals with a partner who would be compatible and have a love of dancing.

I have background from sport gymnastic from my 6-12ages, contemporary dance for 7 years, after I learned hungarian folk, actrobatics, salsa on2, and zouk. I would like to practise and be zouk teacher.

I have been taking private lessons for almost 20 years and have competed, performed showcases and danced socially. I try to attend 2-3 practice sessions/socials each week. I like all smooth and latin dances, American and international. I try to attend group lessons and socials at new places when I can.

I love swing dancing, the rumba, tango, waltz, and cha cha. I'm learning other styles. Would like to do the West Coast Swing more often. My grandparents taught ballroom dancing. I grew up doing the four-step swing. They tried to teach me the other styles but I never found a partner to practice with. Now I’m taking lessons.

I started dancing when I was 6 years old. I started ballroom dancing in Colorado, USA about 8 years ago, after first having been introduced to and falling in love with it in Germany during my high school years. Competitive (AM PRO) (Amateur/Pofessional) dance for me began in 2017 and I love it! Currently dancing Silver in pretty much all dances (yes, all 30+ incl all the Intl Standard, Latein, American Smooth & Rythm as well as many of the Specialy dances (Arg Tango, Zouk, Bachata..). Why compete and watch on the sidelines when we can dance? Yes, technique is important to me and so is following. It's all about the connection.

I've spent about one third to half of my time in Northern Germany the last 3 years and probably going forward. Yes maybe strange and it has allowed me to focus and work on both American & International equally.

178 cm tall, 150 pounds, athletic. Working out to have the condition and muscle strength for dancing. Practice 4 days per week 2 hours before COVID and missing it!! Can't wait to start again!

I used to be a top amateur ballroom and Latin dancer in my 20s but packed it in to persue my career. I am now 57 and starting to come back to it. I am still slim and fit and can still dance at a high standard. Are there any really good dancers about ?
