Whilst I enjoy dancing socially (Tea dances, Dinner dances), I particularly enjoy practising in order to improve on technique as well as learning new steps. I rate myself to be at intermediate level in Ballroom & Latin and I also dance the more common Sequence dances; I would just LOVE to learn the Argentine Tango!

Recently, due to no longer having a regular local Ballroom dance partner, I started attending Senior Ballet and Tap Dancing classes, as well as periodically attending a Scottish Country Dancing group - just in order to be dancing; I have found immense enjoyment in these forms of dance. Through dancing, my appreciation and enjoyment of music has also developed and widened.

Whilst just a social dancer, I aim to dance to the very best of my ability, learn new things and to have fun!

I teach, perform, judge and compete around the US on the WCS dance circuit. Professionalism, Chemistry and "Magnitude of Personality" are as important or even slightly more important to me than natural talent or skill in dance. Senior to the techniques of the sport of dance are the qualities of fun and communication of dance as an ART. Performing is a passion for me that keeps me creative but inspiring others to use the fun and communication of dance to enhance their lives is my purpose -- which is mostly accomplished through teaching.

Hi, would love to meet somebody to start dancing with again. I did ballroom and Latin at University over 20 years ago and competed at a novice/ intermediate level on the University circuit. Since then I’ve done some done some very occasional and social swing/ salsa/ Argentine tango but never formally learnt the steps. I find with a good partner I can follow a lead well and have a naturally high energy which helps with some of the dance styles.

I have danced competitively, showcase and stage productions. Just want to dance for fun. I am not a technical dancer, because I dance from my heart and soul. Have been out of dancing for several years as I was taking care of my partner who has terminal cancer.

Hello, I have been dancing both competitively and socially and would consider myself an advance amature. Although it is soemthing I do for fun I do take it very seriously and value the hard work it takes to improve. I am fortunate that my work exposes me to some of the best dancers in the Ballroom, Swing, and Hustle world. The inspiration I draw from these dancers motivates me to continue to improve my dancing.
