My dance background started with tap as a child. Later I enjoyed synchronized swimming in high school and college.

When I moved to a Texas I started ice skating and competed in singles skating. I also learned ice dance. Then I started ballroom dance. I take ballroom lessons in American smooth and rhythm. I also perform in the show several times a year.

In addition to these I have completed the tests in which one needs to demonstrate the man’s as well as the lady’s parts of the Fred Astaire Social Bronze and Bronze steps. I have competed on the silver level.

Hi there. I'm currently studying WC Swing, but sudied EC Swing, when a teen, for a short period of time. I've also been taught a bit of Latin, from Latino boyfriends, back in highschool. I dance freestyle at bars/clubs and get a lot of compliments from strangers, who come up to me. It is my favorite pastime; nothing else compares.

I love swing dancing, the rumba, tango, waltz, and cha cha. I'm learning other styles. Would like to do the West Coast Swing more often. My grandparents taught ballroom dancing. I grew up doing the four-step swing. They tried to teach me the other styles but I never found a partner to practice with. Now I’m taking lessons.
