I am looking for someone to dance with regularly and have fun - unfortunately I don't have time to compete, but would like to have a partner to improve with.

I have been dancing ballroom competitively in high school, however stopped doing it as life happened. Have been dancing socially every chance I get. The desire to dance has not stopped and the basic skills are still there -:) I have recently been introduced to Argentinian tango and Bachata and would like to practice more and find places where I travel to dance socially

I'm easy going, but willing to put in the time and effort. Would like to work towards competing. Take lessons together. I'm currently taking private lessons and few group classes a week.

I started ballroom dancing about 14 years ago for fun and decided to teach to support my dance habit. A few years ago I had a very bad sprain and have not danced much since then. I am missing dancing and want to get back into it. I competed in the American Rythm style but enjoy all ballroom styles.

I lived in New Orleans for 20 years. I began dancing Zydeco/Cajun on occasion. Seven years ago I began East Coast Swing. Over the past 7 years I added Blues and Tango. Over the last 3 years I have also been dancing Salsa and Buchata. I have attended many workshops and enjoyed partner dancing in New Orleans, San Antonio, Spokane WA, Nelson BC and Vancouver BC.

Dance salsa for about 6 years, but stopped because of covid. Heard that dancing is gradually opening in Vancouver BC, so I need a dance partner to join the class and do regular practice.

I am not a night person so I may not be able to join those night parties that start at 9pm, but I can definitely join any noon parties until 8pm.

I've danced and performed all of my life in the disciplines of ballet, jazz, modern and theatre dance. Along with dance, I've trained in fitness disciplines such as Zumba, Pound, Barre, Strength Training and Dance2Fit. Though I haven't taken long term ballroom and partner dance classes, I've jumped into as many as possible when given the chance. Now, my intention is to put my focus into partner dancing. I love salsa, west coast swing, and jitterbug fun! And, a good waltz is always exhilarating!

More about myself: I'm closing my business as a fitness/dance director at the end of April, and spending the next three months in Sedona, Arizona. Instead of being active inside all day, I'll get a chance to hike, kayak and enjoy outdoor activities. The rest of my time I'll spend partner dancing whether it's lessons or dance hall events!

One of the most memorable moments in my Salsa dance instruction was when Edie, my instructor, shared valuable wisdom with us Leads: "Your primary goal is to master your Salsa lead skills so that your partner feels beautiful dancing with you. You lead her during a dance to showcase how beautiful she is." This advice was invaluable in making us better Salsa leads and more enjoyable for our dance partners.

As a returning dancer after several years, I currently consider myself at a beginner-intermediate level 1. I've attended many dance schools, completed many Salsa and Bachata group and private lesson sessions. I'm actively refreshing my memory through group lessons and private lessons when I find partner(s) to participate in lessons and dance events with me.

My goal is to find dance partners who want to join me in dance instruction and weekly Salsa and Bachata dance events so I can re-attain my skills as an intermediate-level social dancer.

Dancing ballet for the past two years, recently started private ballroom lessons. Novice in both. Favorite dances are waltz and American Tango. Have natural rhythm and timing, but those steps can get challenging.

I love to dance and have taken some dance classes at Arthur Murray. I have varied interests in music and will dance to almost anything. However, oldies (50's and 60's) are probably my least favorite. Because my profession is as a registerd nurse, I am flexible as far as where I live. If you are interested in competition and we are compatible, I would be up for that as well.

I've been teaching ballroom for about 5 yrs now. I started and trained at Arthur Murray sterling heights, mi. The training i received there was great just inconsistent. I am now working as an independent instructor. I started dance when i was 18 taking ballet and hip hop classes just for fun before i found ballroom. I am dedicated and hard working and would love to push myself to see what I'm really capable of as i don't feel that has been fully expressed yet.

I began learning at Fred Astaire studio in Australia in my 20s. Started again about 6 years ago with my then husband. Divorced now and missing the dance life and my partner isn't into it. I would like to continue to improve and also get out for some fun social dancing and maybe a showcase again.

Technical I am not perfect,but every woman I have danced with says I create magic on the floor.
