A little more about my dancing skills:

I am a social dancer that enjoys a variety of ballroom, Latin and social dances. These include: Waltz, Fox Trot, Cha Cha, Rumba, East Coast Swing, Night Club 2 Step, Hustle and Salsa. I am an intermediate level dancer and do not want to become a professional or do performances. I enjoy dancing to live music!!

In the last 5 years I've completed a very exciting and challenging job opportunity at Princess Cruises, become financially secure, and had the opportunity to follow my heart and dreams to Hawaii.

I am a youthful, positive, playful person who is very down-to-earth, sensitive, caring, compassionate with a warm, open heart, a bright, curious mind and an offbeat sense of humor. I have a great zest for life and live it with much passion, optimism and enthusiasm.

I love spending time in the beauty and peace of the great outdoors (mountains, oceans, sunrises and sunsets). I try to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I love music (no rap or hip hop), hiking, biking, cooking (especially for two), and adventuresome travel. I especially appreciate and return tender hugs, warm kisses and cuddling (PDAs are welcome and given).

I love to travel and have done several road trips in Europe. I also love cruises. I have the time, means and desire to explore the world. Care to join me?

I have tried to upload a recent photo but they keep telling me it won't fit. I have been dancing for over 50 years. I love the Western Waltz, 2-Step, 10-Step, Cotton-eye Joe, Western swing, Polka, 60's, 70's style, Square (been awhile). I learn quick if someone wants to teach me a new move.

I enjoy cooking, live stage shows, flea markets, art shows, community activities.

I will be enjoying one of the many things in my bucket list. I have accomplished every one I have planned on so far. My next big one is finding the partner for me. Are you him?

I've taken lots of dance classes of all types of dances. Mostly social, though I just started International, and am taking private lessons in International to get up to speed quickly. My goal is to become goid International dancer, maybe compete, and I'm prepared to put the time and effort into getting there.

Had 12+ years of dance instruction including full bronze program at Starlite Ballroom and 11years attending BYU dance camp. Have done exhibitions as a dance team member and am willing to compete but not my first priority.

My primary interest is {b}International Standard{/b}, of which I've competed at the {b}Championship{/b} level for several years.

My wife and I are former adjunct professors with Stanford University where we taught their social dance program for 9 years.

In the {b}Ballroom{/b} world, I've coached with a large number of world-class dancers including: Luca Baricchi, John Wood, Charlotte Jorgenson, Victor Fung, Igor Suvorov, Irina Suvorov, Stephen Cullip, Davide Gozzi, Francesco Flumiani, Olga Bogdanov, Erica Ridgeway and others.

I first learned ballet to strengthen my feet and belly dancing and started to gravitate to Latin dances like Paso Doble, tango, Arabic dances, salsa, rumba ,and contemporary

I absolutely love ballroom dancing of all genres and would really enjoy meeting someone who shares in this enjoyment just as much!

I enjoy everything from waltz, polka, (especially Polka Hop) chacha, East Coast and West Coast Swing, Lindy Hop, Night Club 2-Step and am open to learning any new dances or variations.

I learned the Argentine tango 20 years ago,

and attended weekly classes and milongas for over a year. Currently I’m am trying to relearn the dance with more quality, connection and musicality. I have been working with one of my original instructors in San Francisco.

Most dance couples follow the equation .5 + .3 = 2. I teach tango such that dancers understand that in all couples dances 1 + 1 must be greater than two. To reach this objective, I work on creating autonomous individuals. Axis and technical skills are required well before figures and style can be mastered.

I am 5'11", seriously keen to compete again after a two year break, after having moved here to the UK. I am interested in Ballroom and/or Latin

Have had many years Competitive dancing in South Africa,having achieved Championship status, although I have not competed in the last two years.

I started dancing over 10 years ago and have taken lessons on and off over the years. I have done collegiate and Pro/Am competitions. I also did a non competitive show dance team for 2 years. Last year I transitioned from a student to a teacher at my studio but when covid hit I wasn't able to keep my job. I can socially dance almost any style and I have experience in both International and American styles.

I have been dancing and competing pro-am for 8 years in American and International styles. Lately, mostly Latin, standard is still an exciting challenge and I am learning Argentine Tango. I have trained longed hours and dance in silver and gold levels. Dancing is my passion and a wonderful way to meet wonderful people.

I love to dance. I took lessons at Fed Astaire Dance studio a few years ago. I am looking for an activity that is active and fun other than the fitness club.

I am a bachatera for life! :) I love absolutely everything about it.. dancing, listening, learning.. and enjoy both traditional and sensual styles. I attend socials and congresses regularly. I believe that regular practice is important and would like to connect with leads who are committed to a consistent practice schedule as well as enjoy social dancing for fun.

I love to dance and have good rhythm. I like to dance to express joy and happiness and experience community. I have had some training with basic Lindy and Fox trot. My form on the floor is graceful and smooth flowing. Love to slow dance to Motown!

Since COVID I have been focusing on International Latin, doing showcases in Boston twice a year. I would really like to get back to social dancing and would love to find a partner who also enjoys social dancing.

I've danced most of my life, and mostly choreographed dance until recently when I started taking social dance lessons. I truly enjoy dancing; it makes me happy and is challenging. My goal is to dance more socially, particularly country/western, but I enjoy other genres like salsa and waltz, too.

It would be nice to have a regular partner and she wouldn't have to be another pro, just someone who knows more than the basic steps in 2 dances. :-) I'd love to take WC Swing classes and Argentine Tango because I never learned more than just the basics in those two. I enjoy live bands and do a lot of improv on the floor so if you must follow (school figures), you may get lost. Ballroom to me is all the social dances and I get board quickly doing one dance over and over all night long. So, if you would like to go dancing with a guy for fun, even if it's as I pass through your town, give me a shout.

I've always had a knack for ballroom dancing...even as a child. Took lesson three years ago and thoroughly enjoy going swing or ballroom dancing as often as life permits. I'm a great follower...very light on my feet...sure hope you're a great lead!
