Ballroom dancer on Pro/Am circuit for 9 years. Love to dance standard but am open to American Smooth. Really would love to get into the Same-Sex circuit. I love to practice a few times a week, and would be open to either leading or following. I'm also a modern dancer.

I presently attend dance functions daily, sometimes I have 2 a day so I'm keen to learn and practice and already know considerable variety of sequence/New Vogue/Old Time and enjoy Salsa latin and Rock & Roll. Dancing is a passion of mine. I initially learned from a Vaudeville Dancer I met at an outdoor dance. A couple years later I took mostly group and to supplement some private lessons. I jitterbug swing dance, bachata, mambo, salsa, fotroxt, polka, hustle to name a few. Would love to learn how to dance Traveling Nightclub Two-Step, more advance west coast swing, lindy swing and do the nitty gritty dance as an exhibition dance along with the Shim Sham. Depending on the dance, I know more moves in some dances than I do others and very willing to be backlead to get jump started. I been told I am an excellent subtle gentle strong firm lead. I don't look like I can dance. Been told that time and time again (whatever look that is) yet I do dance and a very good dancer. In the summer I love the outdoor dance opps. I will dance in sneakers on brick, concrete, whatever the summer outdoor makeshift dance floor happens to be. I go to a dance studio as well as the bars where there is a good dance band. I just love to dance.

I had recently increased my lessons from 2/week to 6/week and one social. Now I haven't danced for 81 days. I'd love to practice with a partner at home or any other space that's available. I have videos of many great routines that we both can watch. Hopefully, I'll remember how to do most of them.

I dance at Ballrooms & in country dance venues

Hi everyone, I've been dancing for almost 4 years now. I have focused mainly on american smooth and rhythm, but I am interested in learning international (I do learn quickly). I have a fair bit of experience doing lifts and other tricks as part of a cabaret shows at different events. I have also gotten into Brazilian zouk for the past year. I sometimes go social dancing but lately I've been a part of an amateur performance group. We recently performed two shows at Canada Zouk Congress in May.

Love to dance, familiar with a variety of dances. Willing to learn new dances. Want to dance for fun, not competing.

I love Salsa/Mambo. I feel the music in my soul and it makes me want to move. I've been taking lessons on and off for a few years and am looking to advance to the next level.

I am currently competing in International Standard, will have competed in 6 NDCA recognized events in 2006, and hope to do more in 2007. I will be starting to compete in International Latin in 2007 as well. I have competed in all levels in International Standard from Bronze thru Open Gold. In Latin, I would be prepared to compete as high as Open Silver.

and self defence,. I started ballroom seriously in about 8 years ago. I do take only privet lessons with the best coaches, also practice 4 times a week. I dance pre-champs and champs in all 10 ballroom dances. After about 10 years as a student, I spent the next 8 years teaching dance at Arthur Murray in Roanoke VA. I now have almost 30 years as a ballroom dancer. I enjoy all of the dances but am partial to Argentine Tango and Salsa. If I could I spend every day on a dance floor exploring music my way of interpretation through dance.
