I dance 5 Rhythms, mainly travelling down to London for this, and I do other forms of somatic dance when I get the chance. I have not yet tried Biodanza and I would like to. I am up for more structured forms of dance, but I've got to say, they do not flow for me. Probably need to just do it more!

I've always loved dancing especially Bhangra dancing. The past 5 years have been really hard and my job is very sedentary with extremely long hours. I have always wanted to waltz (especially to Hindi music) but have never been able to. I finally bit the bullet and just recently started going to Arthur Murray for dance classes. I love it!. :-)

I am a fairly decent dancer, had professional training from the time I could walk, through college. Have been away from it for 15 years. Want to get back into dancing/performing.
