I have been taking dance lessons for 3 years now. I love the social aspect and challenge of the sport. I am open to learning all styles of dance. My favorite so far are salsa, east coast, west coast, and nightclub two step. My goals in dance are to become an overall better dancer and more confident. I work hard and always try my best to put into practice what I learn. Most of all I aim to have fun.

Started in smooth, quickly got derailed into Standard, silver level amatuer competition, now wanting to expand my repertoire and ability to compassionately lead any woman into any figure i know.

I dance Standard, Latin, and Smooth, and I'm looking for a partner to practice with a few times a week so we can grow together. I have recently resigned from public school teaching after 25 years of teaching first grade and kindergarten in Texas and have recently relocated to southern California. I am looking for Californians who have a desire to do the Texas Two Step or the patience to teach me to dance California style! When I go out to dance, I dance! I have the stamina to dance every dance in a set for at least three sets. I enjoy dancing to disc-jockey venues more than live bands because there is generally more room on the floor for whirling and twirlin' when there is no live band. I do enjoy going to hear live bands and especially enjoy outdoor music festivals.

I would like to work on improving my dance skills in social dance settings and dance lessons. I like a strong lead otherwise I'm clueless. My favorite dances are Hustle, Cha-cha, Rumba, and Samba. My adventure with dance I started when I was seventeen years old. Since my birth I have practiced different sports such as football, boxing and free running. However, after three years of training in standard and Latin American dancing, I found that, it is my greatest passion.

I am a very hardworking person, co-operative, open to new challenges and to achieve the new higher skills. If I do something, I do it a hundred percent of my possibilities, because I like the hard work of each other.

Started with ballroom but found my love in country/western and swing dance. I was a competitive dancer in the UCWDC circuit for 6 yrs.

Though C/W dance floor is my primary milieu, I have also a great passion for the ballroom and latin disciplines. I'm currently upgrading my technique in these areas.
