Bronze 3-4. Need a practice/training partner in my area.

Hi - I started dancing classes in January 2018 for a few terms, and post Covid I started again in 2020 - but its been somewhat sporadic, due to the need to find a dance partner and fit in classes.

I am a beginner looking to learn a range of dance styles - ballroom and Latin - and have fun learning.

I am happily married - but my wife isn’t interested in dancing, hence the search for a dance partner.

I grew up dancing and it has always been a big part of my life. When I was younger I was trained in ballet, tap and jazz dance. I have come to love Latin dance and while I know the basics, would love to improve so that I am able to dance socially.

I have over 12 years of tap and jazz experience. I took several ballroom classes throughout college, enjoyed every bit of it and tested at the gold level. Competed a couple times and placed. I'm interested in getting back in to.

A dancer across multiple styles that walks and weight trains as part of being physically fit. There are other exercise activities that I’ve done, and would like to find someone who might be interested in sharing a few of them occasionally. I like attending dances at least twice per month, and sometimes life gets in the way of more ... lol ... sometimes.

Regarding the 1 hour of practice four per week listed on my profile, that is at least 2 group lessons, 1 private, and 1 practice at a minimum. I've competed and performed, open to such again, and open to taking lessons together, yet flexible on all of those.

Enjoy being affectionate, conversational, and playful, while good with both staying in or going out. Like spending time with family, cooking, growing a relationship, my business, and flowers and veggies too. With the latter, I could use a better green thumb. ; )

Will travel a distance to date. Good with vacations inside my region and beyond, there are many places that could be exciting to see. Also enjoy painting, reading, writing, and interested in sharing cultures, cuisines, films, museums, music, and theater.

Proficiency level of my dance partner doesn't matter, beginners are welcome. I tried changing the selection to "I don't care" but can't get the choice to make it into my profile. Dance skills 5, computer skills 0!

I have been introduced to/know a few steps for 20 + dances and attend socials regularly to practice. In the last few months, I have been focused on the bronze syllabus for International Latin, but have also been learning Viennese Waltz and Quickstep. Ideally, I would like a partner I can start competing with in Latin and Standard. I am disciplined, but can be light-hearted and love learning new things.

I like to live every day fully with quality lifestyle, recreation, friends. I am positive and open to new experiences and new places to explore. I am semi-retired, have a flexible schedule and would love to do more dance practice and social dancing at this time in my life.

I come from a Puerto Rican background, so Salsa music (as well as Bachata and Merengue, but to a lesser extent) has always been a part of my life. I started dancing seriously in December 2024. I'm dancing American Smooth, American Rhythm as well as Salsa, Merengue, American Paso Doble, Argentine Tango and west coast swing.

I like cha cha, swing, foxtrot, night club 2 step, west coast, samba. Most kinds of dance music.

Note: I also speak French.

I am an attractive person who tries to keep in shape. I love to dance and would like to find a dance partner who shares the same. I started dancing in group classes then moved to private lessons for several years. I presented several dance presentations such as the Waltz, triple and Tango.

I danced (standard) cha-cha, mambo, samba, merengue, rumba, waltz, fox-trot, triple-swing, and Tango.

I am interested in learning international Modern; I recently took 5 private lessons in foxtrot and waltz but without a partner it doesn’t allow me to practice.

I studied at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy in Moscow, Russia, Arthur Murray Ballroom Dance Academy in Tel Aviv, Israel.

I danced in different companies, currently I teach Classical Dance.

I am very healthy, neither smoke, nor drink, have two massage diplomas and work part-time as a masseur.

I am now located in Israel, going to return to California.

I am taking Argentine dance lessons (March 2026). I hope to be able to have the opportunity to dance outside of classes.

I took both some basic salsa and West Coast swing dance lessons around 2010. Do not remember much from them but am willing to practice with someone who wants to have fun dancing but has patience. I am hoping to take again lessons in at least one of these styles sometime this year (2026).

If I am able to find a good dance connection, I am no open you other styles as well.

As I like and learn a style, I am willing to spend more time practicing.

I am open to establishing a connection even if circumstances mean we might not dance together for a while.

Looking for dance partner/leader for social ballroom classes and/or private lessons and events in and around the West Yorkshire area. I've been dancing around 20 years (West Coast Swing, Blue's, Jive etc.) but only ballroom dancing for around 12 months, but I love it and would like a partner to continue learning and dancing.
