Started ballroom seriously this year, focusing on American Smooth and Rhythm. Currently Bronze syllabus across most dances, but progressing quickly with strong dedication - clean basics, good frame, and solid musicality. I take 2-6 private lessons weekly, 1-3 group classes weekly, and practice at least 1 hour daily on my own (drills, solo styling, conditioning). Ready to ramp that up with a practice partner for extra floor time.

I started dancing at eight years old. I began competitions at age ten. I attended tornado,juventos dance studios, and zuvedra university dance team. I recently graduated with a sport dance diploma. I'm interested in dancing international standard and latin.

I have extensive dance experience in ballet and modern dance from years ago. Recently, I’ve taken up salsa and want to enjoy the dance outside of the studio to perfect it on an advanced level. I'm also open to dancing other dances as well.

Every time I go to a dance or dance lesson, I come back happy and refreshed. This is why I would like to find a dancing partner to dance regularly with. My favorite dances are Argentine tango and waltz, but I have tried many other dances and like them all (one exception is perhaps contra; I like it every once in a while, but not regularly). I consider myself a beginner-intermediate. I would like to dance regularly and improve (I learn quickly), but it is difficult without a partner. I was born and raised in Italy. I have lived in the US for the last 25 years.

Through some difficult and painful life lessons I am preparing to be better at life as a whole and I feel like a champion when I practice dancing(even though I haven't arrived at any medals, etc. yet). My desires are to learn to love all people, to get up after falling and hopefully learn from those experience(s) and finally to improve on the best I can be, while hopefully learning to listen to the genuine wisdom of others to blend with my own to build a better life.

To keep it short I have many interests and yes, I am willing to adapt to new ones within reason....except hard rock and heavy rap music. I am generally a quiet guy but in the right atmosphere can be quite lively and entertaining.

Another thing that I forgot to mention is that I am learning not just to enjoy events, outings, just being quiet, fun times, etc..........but, the most important point is that I am learning to treasure each moment that I am with that special someone and not take time and life and her for granted. ...... .... There is a saying that I learned sometime ago: "The only moment that we have is the moment that we are in" so, "What existed a moment ago has gone" and "will we be here in a moment from now?" Have you ever heard of the song "Love is a wonderful thing" an upbeat song sung by Michael Bolton? Love can be a super wonderful thing!...unless things get messed up then, it's very painful until healing takes place and all is sorted out.....Just some deep thoughts I wanted to share and hopefully help you out. I'm currently learning International Style Standard and Latin dances and been completing in both of those as a silver level pro/am couple. I have also completed in American Style Smooth and Rhythm dances at the Gold level as pro/am. In my spare time, I do a lot of social dancing in Country & Western, West Coast Swing, Hustle, Salsa, Lindy, Argentina Tango, Modern and a few others.

I am taking private and group lessons at difference place around the DC area. I have been told that I have an excellence lead and form, dance floor present and craft, and rapid learner. I'm constantly learning and trying new material in order to give my dancing more dazzle to include tinkling with lifts and drops.

I have been a competitive ballroom dancer, teacher and performer for over 20 years. My mother was also a professional ballroom dancer. She danced with her brother Art in a lot of the big cities in the United States, But mostly in New York. When I was a senior in High School, I was voted best dancer for the yearbook. After college, I got a job at Arthur Murray's dance school. I taught at the Arthur Murray's in Wayne PA., Narberth PA. and Wilmington DE. Today I have my own dance business.

Ballet, Jazz, and Ballroom/Latin trained, over many years. Most recently was performing and competing on the West Coast in American Smooth and Rhythm, Theater Arts, and Jazz as part of a company. Absolutely adore all kinds of partner dancing and am at my best when I'm dancing regularly and continuously learning. :) Just moved to southern NH (easy drive to Boston) and really hoping to find nice, fun people to dance with socially and maybe for shows/competitions.

Back in 1999, I started taking ballroom dancing lessons, for about 6 years. Unfortunately, I had some rough years in my life and I couldn't continue, at least with private lessons (I continued to attend parties and group classes occasionally. However, I started taking lessons again about a year ago and have been since. My favorite dances are east coast swing, lindy hop, hustle, as well as others like the salsa, mambo, merengue, cha-cha, waltz, tango. Lately, I'm learning more about the west coast swing, and have found a secondary dance teacher for the Lindy Hop where I take private lessons from her.

I've been dancing competitively for 7 years now and plan to continue taking lessons, training, and competing. I started with american style but quickly switched to international and have been doing 10 dance ever since. I currently train standard with Andriy Mikhailov & Ekaterina Popova and latin with Daniel Hustic & Asta Sigvaldadottir. I am very dedicated and have a very competitive spirit.

I started training with some of the best instructors in the area in the standard ballroom style back in 2010, and have been lucky enough to receive some coaching from some world class coaches as well on a fairly regular basis. My passion is international standard. I've had a few competitive partners over the years, but have not been dancing seriously since 2017, when I had my first child. I will be looking to get back into dancing again likely sometime next year, taking regular lessons and ideally practicing once or twice a week with an amateur partner.

I am on the tall side, slim, and athletic. I would love for my partner to love the dancing as much as I do in the sense that he wants to dance and train hard simply for the joy of dancing, and takes pride in achieving true quality in the dancing even more than just winning competitions or getting results, although of course that is important as well. Because of my current family commitments, I'd want to stay fairly local for competitions and practice, but I miss dancing tremendously and would love to find an amateur partner to train with again.

A dancer across multiple styles that walks and weight trains as part of being physically fit. There are other exercise activities that I’ve done, and would like to find someone who might be interested in sharing a few of them occasionally. I like attending dances at least twice per month, and sometimes life gets in the way of more ... lol ... sometimes.

Regarding the 1 hour of practice four per week listed on my profile, that is at least 2 group lessons, 1 private, and 1 practice at a minimum. I've competed and performed, open to such again, and open to taking lessons together, yet flexible on all of those.
