Through some difficult and painful life lessons I am preparing to be better at life as a whole and I feel like a champion when I practice dancing(even though I haven't arrived at any medals, etc. yet). My desires are to learn to love all people, to get up after falling and hopefully learn from those experience(s) and finally to improve on the best I can be, while hopefully learning to listen to the genuine wisdom of others to blend with my own to build a better life.

To keep it short I have many interests and yes, I am willing to adapt to new ones within reason....except hard rock and heavy rap music. I am generally a quiet guy but in the right atmosphere can be quite lively and entertaining.

Another thing that I forgot to mention is that I am learning not just to enjoy events, outings, just being quiet, fun times, etc..........but, the most important point is that I am learning to treasure each moment that I am with that special someone and not take time and life and her for granted. ...... .... There is a saying that I learned sometime ago: "The only moment that we have is the moment that we are in" so, "What existed a moment ago has gone" and "will we be here in a moment from now?" Have you ever heard of the song "Love is a wonderful thing" an upbeat song sung by Michael Bolton? Love can be a super wonderful thing!...unless things get messed up then, it's very painful until healing takes place and all is sorted out.....Just some deep thoughts I wanted to share and hopefully help you out. Since one of my moms was a ballroom dance instructor, I have been a part-time ballroom dance instructor and performer for over 27 years. I had also taught at my friend’s studio as she was my professional dance partner. I am fluent in American Smooth and Rhythm, and have performed the Viennese Waltz, Quickstep, Waltz, Rumba, Swing, Bolero, Foxtrot, Tango, Cha-Cha, and Paso Doble at private, business, and charity events in Baton Rouge and Dallas.

In addition to dancing, I am a talk show host, a multi-award-winning and bestselling author, and an experiential keynote speaker. I am a single professional gentleman. I believe that authenticity, humility, and speaking from the heart are essential to forming a genuine connection.

I have always been moved by beautiful lyrics with expressive words complemented by a lovely melody. Regardless of when a song or piece of music is released, it will always be evergreen to me if it touches my heart and moves my soul. One of my all-time favorites is “What The World Needs Now,” released in 1965 by Jackie DeShannon. As a rhythmic dancer, I hope that one day I can perform with my Earth Angel Lady to this beautiful Waltz.

Have done ballroom since teens, gold medals but lots forgotten ! regularly Jive and West Coast swing now, and

have private lessons in Ballroom and Latin , as have no partner. Have attempted Argentine Tango, but think i need a very patient partner, or is it just difficult ????

I’ve attended several new beginners courses in different countries over the years, but then couldn’t continue for various reasons. Now I’m hoping to make it work.

I'm currently learning International Style Standard and Latin dances and been completing in both of those as a silver level pro/am couple. I have also completed in American Style Smooth and Rhythm dances at the Gold level as pro/am. In my spare time, I do a lot of social dancing in Country & Western, West Coast Swing, Hustle, Salsa, Lindy, Argentina Tango, Modern and a few others.

I am taking private and group lessons at difference place around the DC area. I have been told that I have an excellence lead and form, dance floor present and craft, and rapid learner. I'm constantly learning and trying new material in order to give my dancing more dazzle to include tinkling with lifts and drops.

I have practiced dancing Latin and ballroom dance for about ten years now and would like to meet up with someone who likes to dance as much as me.

I would like to meet someone who knows how to dance, hopefully at par with me.

Ideally, I would like to go to dance events and have a good time, if we get along well, I would like to train for competitions.

I enjoy dancing and would like a regular partner so that I can dance more often - both to take classes and improve and dance socially for fun.

I am taking ballroom dance lessons and I am looking for a dance partner to practice with. I am in the bronze program.

Looking to continue competing Open and Rising Star in Smooth or Standard. Have Rhythm and Latin training. I'd be open to 9 dance, but not 10 dance. My first preference would be to dance smooth.

Have won multiple competitions in open professional and rising star.

I do have a very successful business and have won multiple top teacher awards in pro/am. I have also ranked in the Global Dancesport series, world pro/am dancesport series, and MIB circuit.

I have the ability to bring people to Columbus, Ohio if necessary, but I am willing to commute and would consider moving.

I enjoy dancing Ballroom and Latin but miss that special partner to forward the exciting experience and passion together on and off the dance floor. Been dancing French Jive for several years but I now want to start relearning some those forgotten Ballroom and Latin steps. Confident and comfortable at most dance styles.
