I do most of the ballroom dances; swing, foxtrot, west coast swing, salsa, cha cha, samba, bachata, Argentine tango, American tango, rumba, lindy hop, foxtrot, waltz, viennese waltz, quickstep, meringue, bolero, country two step, and night club two step.

I have been professionally training dance since 2002, and I also give dance classrooms for Argentine Tango, Ballroom, Latin and Salsa dances.

I'm a ballroom dancer/instructor looking for an experienced partner to practice and train with and eventually compete. I'm very easy-going and laid back with super long legs that may require a taller gentleman. I have studio space available for practice in Buffalo Grove, IL but am also willing to travel within the area for practice.

When I was ten, I took my first steps into the world of ballroom dancing during a two-year after-school course. At twelve, I joined a professional dance studio, where I trained alongside other teenagers 💃🕺

After just a few months of regular and intensive training, my coach decided I was ready to enter my first ballroom dance competitions. Starting at the regional level at first, I made a rapid progress, constantly improving my technique and gaining confidence 🚀 📈 From then on, I almost always made it to the final 🏅🤝

After four years of dancing with the same partner, all the hard work finally paid off. We won a national competition in both Ballroom and Latin styles 🥇🏆 We were officially crowned 10 Dance Champions of Poland U18 👑 🇵🇱

Unfortunately, shortly after this incredible achievement, I had to give up the greatest passion of my life — ballroom dancing 💔 😥 It was one of the most difficult decisions I have ever had to make.

But even though I had to step away from the dance floor, ballroom dancing remains a huge part of who I am — and it always will 🕺💃 ✨

I've been dancing around 20 years (West Coast Swing, Blue's, Jive etc.) but only ballroom dancing for around 12 months, but I love it and would like a partner to continue learning and dancing.

I have been dancing ballroom and latin on and off for about 20 years but did not have a regular partner until 2019 and our progress was interrupted by covid restrictions. Gratis for everybody, to give them a chance, too, to learn this fantastic dance ! --- For 1 or 2 weeks, in the time frame 27th of oct 2026 till 30th of may 2027. --- We, my dance partner (f) and I, Harald (m), need 1 complete dance couple or 1 female dancer for salsa. An intermediate level is enough; you don't have to be a dance teacher. You can bring 1 more person, regardless whether male or female; or whether they dance or not. I have been taking dance lessons for 3 years now. I love the social aspect and challenge of the sport. I am open to learning all styles of dance. My favorite so far are salsa, east coast, west coast, and nightclub two step. My goals in dance are to become an overall better dancer and more confident. I work hard and always try my best to put into practice what I learn. Most of all I aim to have fun.

Love to dance using a STYLE/FLAVOR that fits the particular dance/music; definitely not cookie-cutter, nor one size fits all.

Dance, like life, is all about STYLE (i.e., presentation). While Jitterbug is an appreciated dance of fun, the preferred is the mix of dances found in an Amore, Pittsburgh Ballroom or Orchard Hill Dance.

I have a lot of experience (years) with Lindy Hop and Salsa, but I’m still a beginner with Ballroom. Lately, I've been focusing on Waltz, Foxtrot, and Tango. I performed my first Waltz last year (2025) and this year I’m going to perform a Foxtrot with one of my teachers. I intend to perform Tango, Quickstep, and Viennese Waltz in the future. Maybe a Cha Cha, too. We’ll see. I come from a background as a musician.

Dancing gets into your blood. I have a solid lead, strong but gentle. Currently, my favorites are: progressive 2 step, hustle, swing, waltz and foxtrot. Over the years Ive tried to learn a little about a lot and can dance to most styles. Im kicking around the idea of competing for fun.

Danced on and off for 20+ years. Mostly absent last 8 years. Would like to get back into dancing and interested in learning many of the patters for each type of dance. I am patient and considerate, always a gentleman and respectful of others.
