Been partnerless for a little bit now. First, due to life stuff, and now due to COVID stuff.

Started up weekly lessons in again recently. Hopefully as the world settles down, I can do more lessons and classes and practices and socials and all that fun stuff!

Been doing mostly Smooth for the past 5 years, with a few years experience in Standard, Latin, Rhythm and social dances.

I danced collegiate ballroom for 4 years alongside East Coast Swing, Argentine Tango, and Salsa. I have competed in collegiate International Standard at the silver/gold level. Dabbled a bit in open. Big fan of foxtrot :) Mostly just looking to practice and get some exercise, but I could be open to competing.

I am a Fred Astaire World Champion currently competing Pro-Am, but I am looking for an amateur partner to practice and compete. Preferred styles are Smooth and Standard. I currently dance at least two hours per day.

I started my dance experience with partner skating at age 9 and continued for 4 years. Switched to Tap, Jazz, Ballet wasn't serious about my dancing until I was 19 since I've taught at Fred Astaire from 2008 to 2014. From then taught consistent independently to current. I still do contract work for dance studios when needed. My goal now is to dance at a high level with the hope of someday being an invigilator or judge. I'm open to possibilities but serious work and goal oriented are a must. I'm really interested in any style however I do focus on Smooth and Standard. Hard work with a focus on movement, connection and creativity are my favorite things! I work as a corporate pilot. I don't fly a ton and have lots of time for dancing. One of the reasons I like the job! My schedule can be erratic and unpredictable at times though. I have spent years in the details and finer points and would love to have somebody to share them with. All while having a balance of just fun and letting go through movement and dance. I am serious about my dancing and long term goals. I am open to conversations of any possibilities for working together.

I am a beginner in ballroom dancing at a local dance training academy. I’m a retired Army officer, very fit, and this is something I really want to get in to. I’ve been practicing a lot of swing, waltz, rumba, tango and chacha but want to learn more. My primary goal is to have fun and become a better dancer. Secondary goal is to enter competitions but it’s not required. I’m open to multiple dance sessions per week.

Hi, I'm 46 years old and took up ballroom dancing 11 years ago. I enjoy dancing and have advanced to a high level. I'm proficient in Latin and Ballroom. I'm very fun loving and like to have a laugh but at the same time I am very focused and willing to work hard. Would love to find a dance partner I can train with. Due to health issues and then lockdown I have not danced properly for a few years. So I don’t mind if you’re proficient or just starting out. We are all finding our feet again!!

Back in the late 70s and early 80s I lived in Beaumont Texas and that’s where I learned to country western dance. I learned the Texas two-step, waltz, polka. I loved it! I wouldn’t say I was a great dancer and certainly not the best on the floor. But I had two partners n taught C&W dance at the Beaumont independent school district for several years. In 1984 or five I moved back to Illinois, which is home, and I haven’t been on the Dancefloor since. I miss it. I would love to find a partner to see if I still have anything left and try to recapture some of the enjoyment I experienced in my youth dancing.

I dance east coast swing 1 to 2 nights a week locally comfortably and well. I have the ability to dance hustle, cha-cha, and waltz with a man who is a good lead. Would like to improve and refine all dances with a good partner.

I love dancing! Do 2 step, polka and waltz. Also like to do Czech polka.

I had taken private lessons in Viennese Waltz, Quickstep, Tango and Bolero as well as group classes in Advanced Tango, Samba, Bolero, Waltz and Foxtrot from Lance Sexton, one of the top Dance Instructors around.

I also have several instructional DVDs and clips of various dances. It is very frustrating to learn routines when you don't have a regular dance partner to practice with.

I now want to do more than just social dancing. I am a great follower and a very quick learner if you care to guide me.

My time is my own ... It's up to you whether you want to practice just weekly or thrice a week. We can practice in my 16' X 18' home studio for Latin dances and rent ballroom floor as desired for smooth dances.

My passion for the Argentine Tango, led me to study in Buenos Aires and continues to inspire my travels. A foundation in theater, ballet and jazz with over 20 years of dance experience, I was recently invited to join a premiere performance dance company. I am a former Jazzercise instructor/franchisee. I learned choreography and had large classes for 11 years. That was long ago. Many years later I needed to dance and discovered Country line dancing. It was great to move and I didn't need a partner. But, from there I did meet a great partner who introduced me to West Coast Swing, East Coast Swing, Hustle, Tango and more. Our main focus was fun and West Coast Swing. I took private and group lessons and both of us put our own flare into it. Unfortunately he passed away suddenly and decided to dance forever in heaven.

My goal is to find a partner who wants to have fun and has a flare for musicality. I love WCS but I would love to learn any dance. I can follow a great lead so whatever it is I'll get it eventually
