Took ballroom lessons late 70's. Stuck with Latin Hustle (called syncopated hustle now), cha-cha, swing -- since that's what everyone danced in the clubs--prefer Euro music beats (disco/dance music); this music complements hustle. Rusty on the traditional ballroom so I've gone back to refresh. Dance for fun/social--not the competition (any more). As for my background: born in Italy, grew up in Elizabeth NJ, lived in Virginia and have been in Georgia for quite a few years.

After all these years. I have not skipped a beat and I have danced 2-3 times a week since then. I found I still got it. I cant wait to dance with others to see where I can take it... Did ballroom lessons during high school in guyana. We did mostly waltz and cha cha. I am open to learning related dance forms. I haven't danced in years because I haven't found a passionate dance partner or social events around. I miss that part of me and need someone willing to help me reconnect.
