I am looking to return to dancing after a short break, keen to compete in open comps, ballroom senior pre-champ and above. I have been dancing for about 12 years, and am ideally looking for a partner from W. Midlands, S Chesire area.

Hey, I'm from Germany and moved here in summer 2011. I danced 10 dances International, but I also competed in America in Smooth.

I am relatively new to the Toronto area. Looking for a practice partner who has successful Latin American competition experience.

I am slim, very committed, rhythmical, hard working, athletic and non-smoking. I weigh in at 160lbs, 5ft 7in (170cm). I am a passionate Latin American competition dancer. Latin coaches over the last few years have included the Douglasses, Truemans, and Jake Davies with occasional sessions with Ian Waite, Hannes Emrich and Andrew Cuerden/Hanna Haarala. In my last 18 months in England I trained with Mark Lunn (London) and Andrzej Mialkowski (Northampton). Since moving to Toronto, now train at Ol-Si dance sport with Oleg Yedlin, Valentin Kolesnikov, and Antoaneta Popova.

I started competing in LA in March 08 and competed successfully during most of 2008 and 2009 and were easily within the Top 12 in the Senior Latin English chart. During 2010 I took a break from competitions and eased my way back in during late October for a few comps before the British National. In January 2011 I won the Senior Pre-Am Latin (Champions of Tomorrow) at Blackpool, and in June 2011, Stars of The Future, confirming that I am the top Senior Pre Champ in the UK, and making the quarter finals of the British National and Top 60 in the British Open.

Besides all that, I am a keen social dancer and frequent the usual places from time to time. Happy to work with a professional or amateur, and happy to perform/demonstrate and possibly compete at Pre Champ/Champ level.

I began two step dance lessons in 2014 and immediately became addicted :) I started with two step / polka but now have experience with east coast, west coast, country waltz (love it), triple two and hustle (love it)

Still attending lessons 3 - 4 times a week. What I lack in experience I make up for with enthusiasm, tenacity and passion!

I Dance all over town at different venues, live and dj. Have different groups that I dance with fairly regularly but looking for someone as verse in different styles of dancing to practice with more frequently.

I am in the mental health profession and have a private practice in the Cypress area.

I also work at the airline and travel frequently.

I am adventurous, love to travel and have been known to drive to Austin or Navasota (regularly) just to dance to a great band.

I love the old school country and dancing at VFW halls around town to live music.

Also love to hustle and west coast to the new stuff and disco, R and B.

I enjoy dancing and meeting people. My goal is to improve and advance my skills in ballroom. Also, I would enjoy adding other types of dancing as well.

I've been dancing in total for almost 23 years. I was a Ballerina for 16 years, acrobat/contortionist for 8, and then switched to ballroom 7 years ago. In this time I've competed American Rhythm, I'm also willing to switch to Latin and would also be interested in Theatre arts. Learnt Indian folk dances in childhood and took classes for salsa, bachata and tango in US. Really enjoy meditating experience of latin dances.

I took ballroom lesson for my PE courses in college, but I really started to get serious about dancing in 2008. I prefer to get as much floor time as possible, so I rarely sit out a dance. I am passionate about learning more styles and routines. I currently take 6 to 8 hours of private lessons per week, and this can become more when I am working on competition or showcase dances. Generally, my goal is to dance social ballroom or c/w or swing or salsa every weekend as I bring all of my dances to a competitive level. I now compete in ballroom and C/W. I am at the stage where I am in need of a dance partner who can continue this progress and level of dance of fun with me, and who also has a passion for dancing. To me dancing is just about the ultimate sensual experience that two people can have while being in sync with music. This last year, I have narrowed the focus of my passions, namely: work; learning to dance with grace, finesse, technique, and passion; learning more martial arts forms; learning to play the piano; and enjoying travel. Dancing fits in very well with this focus of mine. I have been dancing and singing musical theater for many years. I have also been involved in something called contact improvisation. I am extremely eager to find a regular committed dance partner so that I can become proficient and have wonderful experiences with Latin and ballroom dancing on a regular basis.

I have a natural talent for dancing and enjoy it very much. I have been taking some form of ballroom dance lessons now for 10 yrs. I enjoy dancing with partners at my level and dance at studios about twice a week.

What can I say, dancing is my passion. When I am not dancing I am dreaming about dancing! West Coast Swing is my favorite, but country 2-step & line dancing are a close 2nd. I'm currently teaching WCS, and country partner & line dances a couple times a month and hold a social dance once month. I also teach at the local country bar. Retired dancer owner instructor performer competitor..mostly Latin.. especially salsa..some ballroom.. yes i said i was amateur its time ro return to being a student..nowadays just want to practice and go out to nightclubs and enjoy but am very much into lifts drops side by sides footwork old school salsa different styles..I still have a vision..also inflemuences in jazz etc..freestyle locking jazz..I can still move very well and I understand and feel music and love performing naturally and seeing the inspired reactions from people who are escaping their hard days including myself.

But I'm in Skokie helping my dad once a week, so dancing in the Northern suburbs is possible.

I have always loved dance. Started by dancing rock n roll with my parents when I was a kid. Did ballet and tap as a teenager. Have never had a ballroom partner but have been dancing Salsa for a couple of years and regularly going to socials in Derby and Leicester. Would like a partner to help improve my styling and learn Bachata with. Would love to try some kind of ballroom dance again too. Just need a partner.
