I am starting to learn more salsa and bachata and take lessons twice a week. My goal is to be able to social dance at clubs after circuit breaker and if i have mastered the dance, would love to take part in a competition if the opportunity permits, or any sort of dance performance

Love Dancing ... Have been dancing latin for 2+ years and am in Silver category. I compete thrice a year. Take 7 classes a week. Also competed in Standard. Learnt Argentine Tango for sometime too

I love dancing, it was my main event during the week and keeps me sane. I love gaming as well so I make sure I even my time out to stay active.

Salsa was my first dance, and then I learned Bachata and Kizomba. I have done a touch of Tango, Zouk and I am keen to develop those further. I want to practice and stay in shape through dance.

I dance and teach West Coast Swing predominantly, and try to dance socially at least once or twice a week locally. For more advanced dancing I go to various weekenders. I have previously competed at Ceroc National and Ceroc Blues Championships, with consistently reaching semi-finals and winning a Blues Champs DWAS some years ago. I have just reached intermediate category in WCS competitions. I have also started learning Argentine Tango - there are a few clubs locally, so hopefully I will get some experience!

I love to dance, as well as read, keeping up with politics, and learning in general. I'm not really looking for a romantic relationship, as I've had many, and don't really need another. I love my four cats, and, on a less personal level, my students (I'm a college prof).

My favorite dances are Latin, especially rumba, cha cha, and salsa. I'd really like to learn the Argentine Tango, but that is quite an endeavor, I realize. Basically, I'd like someone with whom to practice, and occasionally go to dance clubs with.

I took lessons for 2-3 years in the 90's, and more recently (around 2002-2004) in Ardmore at the Academy of Social Dance, so I know the steps (or once did!) I'm just a bit rusty, but quite motivated to get out there and dance!

I do not have any professional training in dance. But I am a musician (Guitar & Keyboards) and a singer. Obviously, I have a good sense of rhythm, and love to express it through free-spirited dancing. Needless to say, I consider dancing the best form of fun exercise.

I have danced on and off for years. I would like to find a partner in the area that is open to practicing with me or possibly interested in competition/performance. Dancing is an expensive sport, so I am finally at a place where I have both the means and the time to devote to it the way I have always wanted.

My last partnership was dancing American style 9-dance (Rhythm and Smooth). During the 8 month span of our partnership, we became U.S. 9-dance Bronze medalists, U.S. Open Rhythm Finalists and U.S. Open Smooth Semi-finalists. My partner decided to turn professional but I enjoy the flexibility of competing as an amateur.

I've trained in all four competitive dance styles. I understand the universal applicability of latin technique and standard technique and approach dancing American style with this in mind. I am an emotional dancer who has the discipline to pursue technical excellence but also understand and am committed to developing the story telling and purely artistic aspects of dancing.

My main coaches are Jonathan Atkinson, and Mark and Viola Weiss. I also take coaching with Heather Smith, Toni Redpath, David Lopez, Carina Fourmyle, Eric Cyr, Susannah Cuesta, and Felipe Telona.

Like everything else that I do, my dancing and my dance partnerships are pursued with an awareness of life's greater purpose. They are an extension and an expression of who I am and my understanding of God and universal love.

Argentine is my first true love but salsa is my mistress. ;) I enjoy just about everything including ballroom. Nuevo tango is and will always be my addiction! I like to mix dance with good bands and a VERY active social life. My weekends usually go till 1 AM or so and I love to travel. I drink very little but don't mind if my partner does. Looking for a fun partner for several months or a year that is open to traveling to the really nice milongas and events.

I have been dancing over 10 and started Ballroom 5 years ago. I have been competing over 3 years in U35 intermediate/pre-champ and Senior 1. I am genuinely fit, have good stamina and dedicated to constantly improve.

I’d love to get more involved in theater dance and I am taking a beginners course in ballet for adults. Working on getting really fit and dance is a way to do that.

I was a student dance instructor as a college student and got away from it later in life with family obligations and work. Hoping now to rekindle that passion.

I've always danced well on my own but usually did terribly with a partner unless they were very proficient and our hips were at the same height. Maybe 3 times I have had a great partner that I danced well with and I have always wanted more of that connection.

Hello, I'm very happily married to a non dancer who is supportive of my dancing addiction.

We own a studio so finding a place to practice and have lessons is no problem. A top Country Western Pro & Judge leaves sunny Florida and comes to Ohio every 4 to 6 weeks and teaches. He is the Pro that I typically dance with when I compete on the Country Western dance circuits. I have other coaches in between his visits.

I would like to find an amateur dance partner who would be interested in competing in either the Country or Ballroom world. It would be great to find someone who is willing to put in the time and effort needed and who is not interested in anything but a dance partnership. I currently compete at the Intermediate level but am close to entering Advanced and would be looking for someone at least at the Intermediate level.

I also do Ballroom and West Coast Swing competitions. I average 3-4 lessons a week and try to practice several times a week. I also enjoy social dancing and am out dancing usually 2 evenings a week.

Competed for 3 years in Rising Star and Open Pro Rhythm. Trained in ballroom for 12 years as well as ballet, contemporary, jazz, and hip hop. I have trained with world and US Champions. One day I hope to say the same for myself.

All I've ever really done is Country & Western dancing (half step, two step, double two, three step, progressive, and waltz). I've always wanted to learn Ballroom dancing but theres no classes close enough for meto make it work.
