Having been a spectator to quality dancing for most of my life, I decided it was time for an indulgence, a private dance lesson!! Little did I know I would find my personal passion and a truly addictive pleasure. Almost seven years later and having lost count of the number of dance lessons I have taken and enjoyed, I am fascinated by every moment of the professional instruction, thrilled by the feeling of gliding across the floor in a smooth dance, energized by rhythm dancing and committed to helping other “find the joy”. To that end, I now conduct beginner classes to help others fight the initial fright ----

I am athletic and flexible, I plan to return to dancing.

I have been taking lessons in Sarasota, FL for 7 years. My present instructor is a former world class dancer, and former dance board chairman, who judges all around the country.

With a different instructor, I participated in the 2019 Tampa Bay Classic and won top silver female. At that competition, we performed a Tango Argentine solo.

I love learning the finer points of ballroom dance, slowly refining my dancing over the years. The more I learn, the more I realize that I have much more to learn. Every time I step onto the dance floor for a lesson, I am truly enthralled by the experience.

At the same time, I just love to dance socially and am hoping to find a gentleman who has a similar level of experience and who also derives great joy from moving on the dance floor to some of the most wonderful music ever created.

Hi! Living near Geneva, I'm currently training with Zuzana Sykorova and Daniel Juvet in Lausanne.

I really like to dance. I think its fun and holding my head in a certain position is not my style. I like to see people that look like they're having a good time and enjoying themselves, not stiff and serious. I enjoy dancing and thinks it's a free expression of ones self. My parents and aunts and uncles all met in a ballroom so I've danced most of my life and love it. It's FUN and I enjoy having fun.

Started 4 months ago and I'm passionate about salsa and bachata. I want to work on my styling and pacing especially and ultimately would like to try new moves.

I have danced all my life, in many styles of dance, including ballet, jazz, modern, ballroom, Latin American, etc. I have performance experience, won a best dancer's cup years ago while living in South Africa. Got awarded certificate of merit for meeting the required level of expertise for Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medals with the Republic Dance Teachers Association of South Africa. Hold a Fitness and Nutrition Diploma. I have mainly danced socially in the last several years. Lately my schedule has allowed me to get back into a much more active lifestyle and I'm ready to get going on my dancing. I need a partner! I'd like to find someone that wants to compete!

Currently, I'm dancing in Open Latin Pro-Am but I'd like to find an amateur partner. I take lessons from Dmitry Kurakin and other coaches he recommends that he learnt from. I've done 3 comps this year (2015) and will be doing another one in November. I take 2-3 lessons per week. I'm financially secure and can afford lessons no problem. My dance background was jazz/lyrical/contemporary before I found ballroom dancing.

I have taken lessons on and off through the years and am now completely dedicated to dancing! Love ballroom (American and International) and social dancing. I recently competed in my first competition (Ohio Star Ball Nov 2021). I am interested in finding a partner to practice with, possibly compete with, attend social dances and even pursue travel that includes dancing. I am very focused on improving my dance skills and spend approximately 15 hours a week training. I have to say that social dancing brings me a great deal of joy if dancing with a skilled partner - I love salsa, hustle, WCS, Argentine Tango, Foxtrot, Cha Cha, ECS, Viennese Waltz (ok I will stop with that list but could go on and on!!)

I love to dance and try to do so at least 2-3 times a week. I have done numerous competitions and performances. Like to work on routines especially argentine tango. I also enjoy Rythm & American smooth. Level - silver Pro-Am. Being mature does not limit my abilities.

I love Argentine Tango and want to become a really good lead and recognise, after 1 year of classes & dancing, that having a dance partner to train with on a regular basis would help me become better much quicker than my current trajectory of classes. In return you'd have a Dance Partner to call on, we could improve together and hopefully have loads of fun plus lovely dances together on the way too.

I've found a great teacher near to where I live and am attending classes twice a week and am now looking for somewhere in London to train and dance too.

I am an amateur dancer and started dancing competitively in 2006. I prefer to dance International Style, but I also dance American Style. I have reached farthest in American Smooth (Novice) and International Latin (Gold).

I enjoy dancing and studying classic Argentine Tango. I try to dance 2 to 3 times a week at lessons and/ or a milonga. I practice whenever there is an opportunity but enjoy dancing for the sheer joy of the mastery of it and moving and expressing ourselves to the music. Performing is fun too! I dance at intermediate level, am looking for someone who, like me, enjoys dancing and getting better at it which keeps it interesting, my partner should already know lead basics OR really want to learn how including putting in a little time to make good muscle memories. I enjoy salon, milonga, and close embrace and slower as well as faster tango, valse, milonga and even nuevo tango music.

We could meet at a milonga or a classic class with Paul Parmentier in Henderson. I spend about $15 a lesson but will treat myself to lessons with super pro leads every now and then just for the wonder of the experience.

My favorite studio is Atomic Ballroom in California but milongas in town here can be satisfying too.

I've competed in American Smooth, danced a *lot* of salsa for a while (used to hold monthly dance parties), also studied WCS & AT, like to dance to live blues a lot. Also versed in the vintage dances of the Victorian & English Regency periods (I studied a bit with Richard Powers at Stanford a while back). I've also danced film/TV work that made me SAG/AFTRA eligible (I still get residuals) and I've taught in the past but just dance for fun nowadays. My lead has been described as very light, & I prefer to dance to live music where it's often a BYOP situation (not for ballroom). My partners (as well as musicians who watch me while they're playing) seem to appreciate my sense of lyricism. I've also DJ'd blues & ballroom in the past.
