Started dancing over 30 years ago (ballroom and Latin)

Took private lessons for 7 years to improve technique in ballroom. As much as I love dancing to the highest standard I can, I still believe it should be fun and I enjoy going to social dances.

I have also done lindyhop, rock n roll and sequence dancing, and would welcome the opportunity of learning new styles of dance with the right partner.

I favor ECswing, ChaCha, NC2step, Waltz, Charleston.

I also know the basics of Country2Step, Rhumba, Foxtrot, Tango.

I'm regularly told I'm a good lead.

I enjoy imparting my knowledge/skill to anyone wanting to improve.

I haven't been dancing for a couple years due to going back to school and well LIFE getting in the way. I am really wanting to get back to dancing. Looking for social and practice partner. I have a little room to practice (wood floor). I am looking just for a partner at this time. I had a partner for a little while but he didn't understand I only wanted a dance partner and nothing romantic. I am trained in American style ballroom dances at bronze level, but I have danced with silver and gold level partners socially. If it's a good strong lead I can follow. My original teacher when I first started out would tell advanced professional dancers to take me out for a dance....when they'd ask if I could dance to their level he would tell them I could follow a drunk monkey. At social dances when meeting new people have been mistaken for instructor. I really just want to go out and enjoy the dance floor and not looking into competitions. Currently the only performing I do is middle eastern dance but recently took an Irish step class and was asked to join their dance troupe as well. I just enjoy dance but missing having a partner for the ballroom and I'm really wanting to get into Argentine tango and bachata more.

I have a background in ballet and have danced professionally in that style. Since March, I’ve been studying ballroom dance, learning styles such as rumba, cha-cha, swing, waltz, and foxtrot. While I’m still a beginner in ballroom, my ballet training has helped me pick up the techniques and rhythms quickly. I'm interested in both social dancing and pursuing further training and competitions.

I grew up a competitive figure skater and dancer, changed to tennis in high school, running and triathlon in college, and now still race competitive in triathlon 11 years later. Dancing has always remained a huge passion of mine and I got into Latin style partner dancing last year. I started dancing tango and fell absolutely in love with it.

I have danced socially for many years now and have completed my Professional Examinations in Latin American Classical and Ballroom Dancing ,I teach Sequence dancing and would love to have a partner to dance with for competitions and events / performances

I began with ballroom at 16. I’ve had many many lessons and attended dance camp several times. I’ve lived in Puerto Rico and have been dancing street salsa for over 25 years. I love anything Latin, west coast. I also have a lot of experience in clogging and hop polka. I’ve been away from ballroom for far too long and want to get active again on a regular basis. I’m single again but more interested in just dancing.

Have been dancing professionally in the past, did win the German Championship in Ballroom Standard as well as German and World Championship in Ballroom Formation Standard. Have done my trainer licenses in 10-dance. I have had a 8y break now and would like to go back to it - so my skills are a bit rusty, but I am fit and have been going to the gym 4-5 times per week. Ideally I would like to return and do Show-Dance or would love to compete in Salsa and prepare to dance Championships internationally.

Hello! I have danced contra, square, Mexican folk, east coast swing, ballroom, African, but now am focused on Argentine Tango. I am never happier than dancing.

I am just another polymath looking for a professional partner to compete in American Smooth and/or American Rhythm or possibly something else. I am fairly intense in all that I do in the sense that I like to be masterful at everything that interests me, but I am also generally easy going so you may not see it on the surface. I'm also an author, currently working on my second book, and I enjoy playing tennis and chew among things. I follow a vegan (25+ years) and gluten-free (6 years, out of necessity) diet.

I enjoy basic ballroom: East Coast Swing, Cha Cha, Rumba, Foxtrot, and Waltz. My passion is Argentine Tango, and I have studied in Buenos Aires.

I started years ago in Bachata and Salsa, which I still like a lot, but moved on to Argentine Tango and ballroom about 10 years ago. I've performed the most in Argentine Tango and ballroom. I danced for 3 years on Miriam Larici and Leonardo Barrionuevo's pro-am Argentine Tango performance team, and may go back to it again with a partner who's interested in doing that. Right now I perform every 6 months or so, but open to more. Not particularly interested in competing, but not against it.

I currently train and take classes weekly in both Argentine Tango and in ballroom, and I go social dancing, especially to milongas, almost every weekend.

I used to compete in champ level international standard before I stopped competing in 2011.

I'm looking to get back into dance. I just started up my lessons and would love a partner.

I took a dance class in high school and 2 classes in college. I hope to get back into the sport.
