I am very passionate about my dancing. Have been doing mostly Pro-Am competition and show dancing with some Am-Am competition. Have competed full silver and open silver. Experienced in large competitions such as Ohio Star Ball, Orlando USDC, Las Vegas Holiday Classic, etc. Also have been doing show dancing with silver and gold syllabus. Focus is on International Latin, American Rhythm, and American Smooth. Serious about finding an amateur partner who is also passionate about dancing. I don't mind some travel Maine to NJ.

Although I am an engineer/scientist by trade, I really enjoy the arts: music, concerts, opera, theater, art. I am very active, energetic, and adventurous. Enjoy tennis, skiing, snow shoeing, hiking, jet skiing, kayaking, etc.

I have been dancing since the age of twelve. I have done Latin American, Salsa, Lambada, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Brazilian, Ballet and Folk Dancing. My favourite is Salsa, Lambada & Latin American. Primarily, a dancer of Argentine Tango and seeking a practice partner. I have experience in the social context of dancing in South America, Europe, and throughout the United States. I also have experience in many classes including those designed to train teachers of Argentine Tango. I grew up studying music, and I started dancing socially about three years ago. I have never taken formal dance lessons, but I’ve dabbled in different dance styles with YouTube videos and going to salsa or country dance clubs for the past few years. I can hold my own at a wedding, but I don’t consider myself as having dance experience. I love the combination of music and movement. I am decent at two-step, swing, bachata, and salsa. I would like to learn more styles of dance, particularly ballroom styles. I am open to the possibility of amateur competitions for fun, but I mostly just want the exercise and to practice the art form. I want to get good enough that I feel confident in my skills when I end up asking guys to dance.
