Because I am retired my time is mostly my own aside from some family obligations. I am usually an upbeat person...I love new ideas, surprises, adventure and try to experience joy and pass it on to those around me. As far as dancing goes, I am dancing at a bronze/silver level in both international standard and latin. I am part of a ballroom performance group. I also spend several hours a week doing western line dancing, performing, and competing in the seniors games. My goal in dance is to be the best dancer I am capable of being...continuously (I hope) developing as I dance.

I love to dance to pop vocals, Latin rock, some hip hop, anything with a beat and some emotion in the vocals. I use it as exercise and I do it for fun. I almost always do it alone. I'm kind of shy, but it would be fun to have someone to do it with.

Ballroom dancing is what I love to do. I practice 7 hours a week and dance several nights a week. Treating people fairly is very important to me. Other activities I enjoy are biking, hiking, movies, plays

I am a ballroom dance instructor over 10 years. I competed in professional and in pro-am. I like to push myself to get better. I believe dancing is a art form and I still work on my dancing with coaches. I trained with Emmanuel Pierre-Antoine, Steve Hevenor and many others for many years.

I am looking for a professional dance partner to compete and practice with. I want to compete in rhythm or/and smooth dance partner who is serious about it.

I've been country dancing for over 12 years and have been taking Swings lessons for the past few.

Besides dancing, I am a certified photographer and an avid golfer. I own my own business so my hours can be flexible.

Intermittent dance lessons

I started dancing in 2005 and competed with an amateur as well as a professional. I stopped dancing in 2011 when I was pregnant with twins. I danced silver but definitely am a bit rusty, but looking to get back into dancing with someone like-minded.

I enjoy social dancing such as Ballroom and Latin and now I'm really into Argentine Tango for the last few years and continuing to learn. I'm favoring Argentine Tango more then ever... I belong to a local dance studio and social dance. I have performed in several Ballroom Performance classes! I just did a student group Argentine Tango performance at a special Tango Gala. I am currently seeking a compatible dance partner to join me. I would enjoy having a partner so we continue to enjoy dancing, learning and growing. That is my primary interest. If for some chance it were to develop into more than that, that may be fine too. Dancing is my hobby, passion and puts a smile on my face. I enjoy meeting new people who share my interest and hope that I may dance with you soon. Once I upload more pics to the computer, I will add more photos to my profile. I also enjoy other activites such as music the arts and traveling.

I danced (in a partnership) for 10 years, 1995 -2005, senior open (Pre-champ) from 2001 onward. I am retired and would like to return to dancing and regaining form. Standard is my main interest but not exclusively and I would like to return to social dancing and the various social dances, as well, for fun.

Just like other people..I am interested in a peaceful life, One with lots of opportunities, such as traveling, dancing and laughing..

A few times a year , I do some travelling, I've been to Mexico, Paris, Amsterdam .. and am still in search of that woman who will dance with me until infinity.

Every once in a while I fly into New Orleans for the "Big Easy" in April or May, And no, I wont hang out on Bourbon Street!! I'll rather go to Jazz Fest, A concert at the New Orleans race track..The music covers all kinds including Country,Gospel and Zydeco..So far I have seen , Paul McCartney and my favorite Musician Van Morrison..

Dance is my home base. I did ballroom in my early life. Haven't danced competitively but willing to.

Ï'm just a dance enthusiast, love to go to summer street festivals in Toronto and dance alone or with others to live bands playing latin music or any danceable music. I also go to discos sometimes and dance alone or with anybody.

Everyone has his own style of dancing and I also enjoy dancing according to how I feel about the music.

I have tried to upload a recent photo but they keep telling me it won't fit. I have been dancing for over 50 years. I love the Western Waltz, 2-Step, 10-Step, Cotton-eye Joe, Western swing, Polka, 60's, 70's style, Square (been awhile). I learn quick if someone wants to teach me a new move.

I enjoy cooking, live stage shows, flea markets, art shows, community activities.

I absolutely love ballroom dancing of all genres and would really enjoy meeting someone who shares in this enjoyment just as much!

I enjoy everything from waltz, polka, (especially Polka Hop) chacha, East Coast and West Coast Swing, Lindy Hop, Night Club 2-Step and am open to learning any new dances or variations.

I learned the Argentine tango 20 years ago,

and attended weekly classes and milongas for over a year. Currently I’m am trying to relearn the dance with more quality, connection and musicality. I have been working with one of my original instructors in San Francisco.

Most dance couples follow the equation .5 + .3 = 2. I teach tango such that dancers understand that in all couples dances 1 + 1 must be greater than two. To reach this objective, I work on creating autonomous individuals. Axis and technical skills are required well before figures and style can be mastered.

Have had many years Competitive dancing in South Africa,having achieved Championship status, although I have not competed in the last two years.

I started dancing over 10 years ago and have taken lessons on and off over the years. I have done collegiate and Pro/Am competitions. I also did a non competitive show dance team for 2 years. Last year I transitioned from a student to a teacher at my studio but when covid hit I wasn't able to keep my job. I can socially dance almost any style and I have experience in both International and American styles.
