I've been dancing Salsa for 2 yeara, and Bachata for 1 year. I've travelled to Spain to learn and dance. I'm open to travelling the world to dance. I'm looking for someone to teach Bachata with. I hope to build a Bachata community on Vancouver Island. I love dancing. It's my passion.

I have a dream and a plan to perform partner dancing with lifts and tricks...creating a platform and sharing a message of freedom and passion, starting locally and then around the country and world. My current passion is country dance style, and I love to Latin dance. As you can see from the photos, I have done ballroom style dancing too, performing at intimate house party, Latin social event, ballroom showcases, and taking top marks at Tampa Bay Classic.

I love to perform with variety of character and genre/style. I am not truly ballroom because I am out-of-the-box and more free-spirited in my approach and style. While I want my technique to be flawless, I value soul and passion and sharing true personality and character the most.

We will be choose songs and be involved in the experience of professional choreography and coaching. Starting with one song and building an "album" of dances. We will work hard, training 2 to 4 times per week, and always have fun.

Also, I love to have fun social dancing both locally and wherever I travel. Country bars, Latin clubs, etc...

I have been dancing for over thirty years (I started when I was a kid) and have always performed. Have enjoyed competing in the past and would like to get back into it to achieve the highest level I can.

I love to compete, but I'm more about the everyday practice than anything else. Those fleeting moments of perfect connection are always the highlight of my day, and sustain me through the more common "less than perfect" moments.

I social dance just about everything, but my focus is International Standard -- for competition. My previous partner and I won 2 categories of Novice at the 2010 Nationals, so now dancing PreChamp/Champ. I take lessons 2-4 hours/week with Tomas and Aira, and work with other coaches another 2 hours/week.

Ballroom dancing including jive ,cha cha cha,slow and fast waltz,mambo is all I know...

I Trained and taught for both Fred Astaire's and Arthur Murray Studios ..for several years....however that was in my younger years....then a marriage brought me into the martial arts world and I hold a 2nd degree black belt....after that I took up bodybuilding but did not compete. So my younger years were very active....life has dictated that I work for a living so into the corporates world I traveled....It has now been many decades that I have danced... and I am missing that feeling. As I am now ready to retire, I would like to get back to my roots.

I live at Leumeah near Campbelltown N.S.W. and I run my own Architectural Drafting business from home. It is preferred that my partner would live within approximately 80 kilometers from Campbelltown. I love Ballroom (Modern/Standard)and Australian new vogue dancing. I have danced competitively from April 2007 to 2014. I usually go social dancing 5 to 6 nights per week and 1 or 2 daytime dances if I get time at different venues around the Sydney suburbs.
