I am a gentleman who began dancing (ballet) at twelve and started learning ballroom at 14. I danced up until I got married but she wasn't into dancing so I got away from it. I have been back on the dance floor socially for over 8 years and I have competed in national competitions.

Recently retired from a successful dance business in WA state. I had a Pro partner since 1986 who shared lessons from Rick Pride, US Dance Champ, for 20 years. We took weekly lessons, had weekly practice sessions, and performed for our students 4-8 times a year. I competed Pro/Am since 2006 and received the Top Female Teacher Award over 20 times.

I am involved with education and Latin cultural promotion in Central New York and I'm a true Salsa lover and indulger of Latin music, namely Salsa and Brazilian varieties. I dance and promote Cuban-style Salsa, but enjoy all Salsa varieties.

1. Round Dancing (Variation of Ballroom Dancing). I have been dancing at Phase-4 level in rhythms Waltz, Bolero, Cha-Cha, Rhumba, Jive, Two-Step, and Foxtrot. Interested in learning the other rhythms. Might need to brush up some of these rhythms as I am not dancing since the Covid-19 spread here in Texas area.

2. Contra Dancing. I am actively involved in it.

3. Square Dancing. I have been dancing at the Plus Level. Interested in proceeding to the A and C levels, if I could find a good partner.

I have been dancing and teaching Argentine Tango for over ten years, and lived in Buenos Aires for the last 7 years. Now I have moved back to London, although I still have a house there. My maestros in Buenos Aires include the late Osvaldo Zotto, Pablo Veron, Francisco Forquera, Carolina Bonaventura, Nicolas Schell and Nair Shinca and Mario Morales.

In Buenos Aires, I performed with Francisco Forquera and Carolina Bonaventura's choreographic group in milongas such as La Nacional, Porteno y Bailarin, La Friulana and La Milonga del Resurgimiento.

I'm now starting to teach group and private classes on my own in London, at a small studio in Chelsea, SW3.
